Abstract

[Problema] Obtener, a bajo costo, un riel de combustible que mantenga baja dureza y buena capacidad de formación antes de formarse en un patrón de tubo, se puede hacer para formar un tubo soldado, y tiene propiedades de fuerza alta con las que el riel de combustible puede soportar una presión de combustible alta incluso cuando se forma para ser relativamente delgado; [Solución] un riel de combustible para inyección directa de gasolina que se usa a una presión de combustible de al menos 30 MPa y se forma a partir de un tubo soldado con aleación de hierro; el riel de combustible comprende una aleación de hierro que contiene compuestos químicos de C, Si, Mn, P, S, Nb y Mo; el grosor de placa t y el diámetro exterior D del riel de combustible tienen una proporción t/D de 0.2 o menos; una estructura bainítica se puede precipitar por medio de soldadura del riel de combustible en un horno durante la fabricación.
