- 熱機関および電気牽引機(4)を備えた自動車用ハイブリッド変速機であって、前記熱機関と前記電気牽引機とにそれぞれ連結された同心の2つの一次軸(1、3)を含み、前記一次軸(1、3)は中実一次軸(1)及び中空一次軸(3)からなり、前記中実一次軸(1)が、前記一次軸(1、3)の第1の結合ユニット(6、7;21)と、第1のギア比のための第1の間歯車とを支え、前記第1の結合ユニット(6、7;21)は、前記中実一次軸(1)を、バッテリ再充電モードにおいて、もしくはハイブリッド牽引モードの間に前記中空一次軸(3)に連結すること、またはハイブリッド牽引モードもしくは熱牽引モードにおいて前記自動車の車輪と連結された二次軸(19)上の中間歯車(19a)に連結することのいずれかを可能にし、特定のハイブリッド牽引モードまたは電気牽引モードでは、前記電気牽引機(4)からのトルクが、前記中空一次軸(3)から中間伝送軸(8)を経て電気歯車選択軸(12)に伝わり、そこから、前記トルクが、前記電気歯車選択軸(12)上の2つの選択可能な第2の間歯車及び第3の間歯車のうちの1つを経て前記二次軸(19)に伝達されることができ、
前記電気歯車選択軸(12)が、第2のギア比のための第2の間歯車と第3のギア比のための第3の間歯車との第2の結合ユニット(16、17;22)を支え、
前記一次軸(1、3)が前記ハイブリッド変速機の長手軸と同軸であって、
前記ハイブリッド変速機の中心鉛直軸が前記中実一次軸(1)の中点において前記中実一次軸(1)に垂直な鉛直方向で定義され、
前記第1の結合ユニット(6、7;21)が前記第2の結合ユニット(16、17;22)と鉛直方向に揃えられている、ハイブリッド変速機。 - 前記二次軸(19)上の中間歯車(19a)が前記第3の間歯車(14;5)と鉛直方向に揃えられている、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド変速機。
- 前記第1および第2の結合ユニット(6、7)、(16、17)がマルチディスククラッチで構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド変速機。
- 前記第2の結合ユニット(16、17)が、マルチディスククラッチで構成されており、一方で、前記第1の結合ユニット(21)が、つめ付きカプラであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のハイブリッド変速機。
- 前記第1および第2の結合ユニット(21、22)が、つめ付きカプラであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド変速機。
- 前記中実一次軸(1)が、前記二次軸(19)の固定歯車(24)と噛み合う第4の間歯車(23)と、第3のつめ付きカプラ(25)とを支えることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のハイブリッド変速機。
- 前記第4の間歯車(23)および前記第3のつめ付きカプラ(25)が、前記電気歯車選択軸(12)と前記二次軸(19)との間で、前記中間歯車(19a)よりも前記中心鉛直軸から長手方向で遠くに配置されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のハイブリッド変速機。
- 前記中実一次軸(1)が、前記電気歯車選択軸(12)と前記二次軸(19)との間で、前記中間歯車(19a)よりも前記中心鉛直軸から長手方向で遠くに配置される第2の電気牽引機を支えることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のハイブリッド変速機。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッド変速機によってトルクを伝達するための方法であって、前記電気牽引機(4)からの前記トルクが、前記中空一次軸(3)から前記中間伝送軸(8)を経て前記電気歯車選択軸に伝わり、前記トルクが、前記電気歯車選択軸上の2つの選択可能な前記第2の間歯車及び前記第3の間歯車のうちの1つを経て自動車の車輪に連結された前記二次軸(19)に伝達され得ることを特徴とする、方法。
- 熱機関および電気牽引機(4)を備えた自動車用ハイブリッド変速機であって、前記熱機関と前記電気牽引機(4)とにそれぞれ連結された同心の2つの一次軸(1、3)を含み、前記一次軸(1、3)は中実一次軸(1)及び中空一次軸(3)からなり、
前記中実一次軸(1)が、前記一次軸(1、3)の結合ユニット(6、7)と間歯車(5)とを支え、
前記結合ユニット(6、7)は、
前記中実一次軸(1)を、バッテリ再充電モードにおいて、もしくはハイブリッド牽引モードの間に前記中空一次軸(3)に連結すること、
ハイブリッド牽引モードもしくは熱牽引モードにおいて前記自動車の車輪と連結された二次軸(19)上の中間歯車(19a)に連結すること、及び
前記中実一次軸(1)を、ハイブリッド牽引モードにおいて前記中空一次軸(3)及び前記二次軸(19)上の中間歯車(19a)の双方に連結すること、
のそれぞれのために構成されており、
特定のハイブリッド牽引モードまたは電気牽引モードでは、前記電気牽引機(4)からのトルクが、前記中空一次軸(3)から中間伝送軸(8)を経て電気歯車選択軸(12)に伝わり、そこから、前記トルクが、前記電気歯車選択軸(12)上の2つの選択可能な電気歯車(R1,R2)のうちの1つを経て前記二次軸(19)に伝達されることができる、ハイブリッド変速機。
