Description
本発明は、以下の技術案で上記目的を実現する。
第1の固定部、第2の固定部、接続構造及び弾性構造を備えた棘間ユニバーサル動的ホルダーであって、前記第1の固定部及び第2の固定部は、接続構造及び弾性構造によって一体的に固定接続され、前記第1の固定部及び第2の固定部の底部には一つ又は複数の掛り突起が形成され、前記弾性構造は、一つ又は複数の接続するU形構造で構成され、前記第1の固定部及び第2の固定部上には固定孔が形成されている棘間ユニバーサル動的ホルダーである。

前記第1の固定部(1)及び第2の固定部(2)は、弾性構造(3)によって接続され、
前記第1の固定部(1)及び第2の固定部(2)のいずれか一方が平面を呈し他方が前記平面に向かって突出するアーチ面を呈する底部には一つ又は複数の掛り突起(6)が形成され、前記弾性構造(3)は、一つ又は複数の接続するU形構造(301)で構成され、前記第1の固定部(1)及び第2の固定部(2)上には固定孔(5)が形成され、
前記第1の固定部(1)の内側の一端又は両端には、鉗子歯a(101)が形成され、

前記第2の固定部は、二つの側翼状部b(203)、アーチ状底板(204)を含み、前記二つの側翼状部b(203)とアーチ状底板(204)とは、移動可能に接続されて取り外すことができ、前記鉗子歯b(201)は二つの側翼状部b(203)の内側上に設置され、前記固定孔(5)は二つの側翼状部b(203)の端部に設置され、前記掛り突起(6)はアーチ状底板(204)上に設置され、前記二つの側翼状部b(203)の下側にはアーチ状突出部b(202)が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の棘間ユニバーサル動的ホルダー。 - 前記鉗子歯a(101)及び鉗子歯b(201)は、棘突起の縦軸方向に沿うか又は棘突起の縦軸方向に垂直し、又は棘突起の縦軸方向に沿う方向と棘突起の縦軸方向に垂直する方向との組み合わせであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の棘間ユニバーサル動的ホルダー。
- 前記U形構造(301)内には円形又はアーチ状構造が設置され、そのU形構造(301)のストレートセクションの長さは0超〜15mmである、請求項1−3のいずれか一項に記載の棘間ユニバーサル動的ホルダー。
- 前記U形構造(301)は、U形開口部が上向け及び/又は下向けである垂直U形であるか、又はU形開口部が内向け及び/又は外向けである水平U形であるか、又は垂直U形と水平U形との組み合わせであるか、又は一つ又は複数の垂直U形の側面が凹円弧又は凸円弧状に接続されて、開口部が外向け又は開口部が内向けである水平U形を形成することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の棘間ユニバーサル動的ホルダー。
- 前記弾性構造(3)は更にばね(302)を含み、前記ばね(302)の両端はそれぞれ第1の固定部(1)と第2の固定部(2)との間の両側に接続されるか、又は第1の固定部(1)と第2の固定部(2)との間の中間部に接続されるか、又は両端がそれぞれU形構造(301)に接続されるか、又は一端がU形構造(301)に接続され、他端が第1の固定部(1)又は第2の固定部(2)に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1−5のいずれか一項に記載の棘間ユニバーサル動的ホルダー。
- 前記U形構造(301)の各U形の高さ、サイズ、板の厚さ、板の間隔を一致させるか一致させず、前記U形構造(301)の各U形の両側板面は平行するか又は平行しないことを特徴とする、請求項1−6のいずれか一項に記載の棘間ユニバーサル動的ホルダー。
- 前記第1の固定部(1)が異なる部位での板の厚さ、高さは、一致するか一致せず、前記第2の固定部(2)が異なる部位での板の厚さ、高さは、一致するか一致せず、前記第1の固定部(1)と第2の固定部(2)の高さ、サイズ又は板の厚さ、高さは、一致するか一致しないことを特徴とする、請求項1−6のいずれか一項に記載の棘間ユニバーサル動的ホルダー。
- 前記第1の固定部(1)と第2の固定部(2)の表面には、骨の内殖を誘導する材料が散布されるか、又は孔隙化、ねじ山処理が施されることを特徴とする、請求項1−6のいずれか一項に記載の棘間ユニバーサル動的ホルダー。
