前記水素ガス溶解装置において、前記多孔質膜は、中空糸膜である、ことが望ましい。
図1は、本実施形態の水素ガス溶解装置1の概略構成を示している。なお、同図において、ハッチングが施されている領域は、水が満たされている領域である(以下、図3においても同様とする)。水素ガス溶解装置1は、電解槽4と水素溶解モジュール6とを備えている。

Claims (5)
- 電気分解により酸素ガスを発生させる陽極室及び前記電気分解により水素ガスを発生させる陰極室を有する電解槽と、
前記陰極室から前記水素ガスを取り出すための水素取出管と、
前記陽極室から前記酸素ガスを取り出すための酸素取出管と、
前記陽極室及び前記陰極室に前記電気分解のための水を供給するための給水管と、
前記陰極室を開放するための開放配管と、
前記水素取出管に接続され、該水素取出管から供給された前記水素ガスを、水に接触させて溶解させるための水素溶解モジュールと、
前記給水管に設けられた第1開閉弁と、
前記酸素取出管及び前記開放配管のそれぞれに設けられた第2開閉弁と、
前記電解槽、前記第1開閉弁及び前記第2開閉弁を制御する制御手段とを備え、
前記制御手段は、
前記第1開閉弁及び前記第2開閉弁を開放することにより、前記陽極室及び前記陰極室に前記電気分解のための水を流入させ、
前記第1開閉弁及び前記第2開閉弁を閉じた後、前記電気分解を開始する、
水素ガス溶解装置。 - 前記水素取出管及び前記酸素取出管のうち少なくとも一方には、管内の水位を検出する第1水位検出手段が設けられ、
前記制御手段は、
前記第1水位検出手段によって前記管内の水位の上昇が検出されると、前記第1開閉弁及び前記第2開閉弁を閉じ、前記電気分解を開始する、請求項1記載の水素ガス溶解装置。 - 前記水素溶解モジュールに前記水を供給する給水手段をさらに備え、前記給水管と前記給水手段には、同系統の水源から前記水が供給される、請求項1又は2のいずれかに記載の水素ガス溶解装置。
- 前記水素溶解モジュールは、前記給水手段から供給された前記水を通すための管体を有し、
前記管体は、前記水素ガスを透過する多孔質膜によって構成されている、請求項3記載の水素ガス溶解装置。 - 前記多孔質膜は、中空糸膜である、請求項4記載の水素ガス溶解装置。
