被膜の表面エネルギーの大小を相対的に比較するため、被膜の水との接触角を測定した。評価用のマスカラをガラス板状にドクターブレードを用いて塗布膜厚40μmで塗布した後、室温で24時間乾燥させたものを試料とし、蒸留水を用い、液滴法により接触角θを測定した。接触角θが大きいほど、表面エネルギーが小さいと言える。
下記の評価項目については、各試料について専門パネル10名による使用テストを行い、パネル各人が下記の絶対評価基準にて5段階に評価し評点を付け、各試料のパネル全員の評点合計から、その平均値を算出し、下記の4段階判定基準により判定した。

表1に示す組成の水中油型マスカラ組成物を下記の製造手順により調製し、上記の評価法に従ってその性能を評価した。評価結果を併せて表1に示す。
(製造手順)
(1)表1に示すA相用の成分を85℃に加熱し、混合してA相(水相)を調製した。
(2)表1に示すB相用の成分を95℃に加熱し、混合してB相(油相)を調製した。
(3)ディスパーミキサーを用いて、上記のA相にB相を混合して乳化させた。
(4)得られた乳化物を攪拌下で60℃まで冷却し、C相の成分を投入し、ディスパーミキサーで混合した。
(5)均一になった乳化物を32℃まで冷却し、水中油型マスカラを得た。
表2に示す組成の水中油型マスカラ組成物を実施例1と同様の製造手順で調製し、上記評価法により評価した。評価結果を併せて表2に示す。
表3に示す組成の水中油型マスカラ組成物を実施例1と同様の製造手順で調製し、上記の評価法に従ってその性能を評価した。評価結果を表3に示す。
Claims (6)
- (A)皮膜形成性ポリマーエマルション、(B)25℃における動粘度が5,000〜1,000,000mm2/sの動粘度を有する高分子量ジメチルポリシロキサン、(C)油溶性樹脂、(D)長さが0.5〜6mmであり、横断面の外接円の直径が20〜120μmであり、中空率が5〜50%であり、横断面における周囲壁の欠損率が0.5〜30%であり、且つ繊度が6〜30デシテックスである、中空部の周囲壁の一部が長手方向に欠損した中空繊維、(E)カーボンブラックおよび(F)ポリビニルピロリドンを含有し、
前記(A)成分の割合が1〜40質量%であり、前記(B)成分の割合が0.01〜3.30質量%であり、前記(C)成分の割合が0.5〜20質量%であり、前記(D)成分の割合が0.1〜10質量%であり、前記(E)成分の割合が0.1〜30質量%であり、且つ、前記(F)成分の割合が0.01〜10質量%であることを特徴とする水中油型睫毛用化粧料。 - さらに、ワックスを1〜40質量%の割合で含む請求項1記載の水中油型睫毛用化粧料。
- 前記(D)成分の中空繊維の横断面形状が略三角形であり、その一辺に欠損部を有するものである請求項1または2に記載の水中油型睫毛用化粧料。
- 前記(F)ポリビニルピロリドンの含有量が、前記(E)カーボンブラック1質量部に対して0.01〜10質量部である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の水中油型睫毛用化粧料。
- カーボンブラック、ポリビニルピロリドンおよび界面活性剤を含む水相(A相)と、25℃における動粘度が5,000〜1,000,000mm2/sの高分子量ジメチルポリシロキサンと油溶性樹脂を含む油相(B相)を加熱下に混合して水中油型乳化物を調製した後、皮膜形成性ポリマーエマルション、および長さが0.5〜6mmであり、横断面の外接円の直径が20〜120μmであり、中空率が5〜50%であり、横断面における周囲壁の欠損率が0.5〜30%であり、且つ繊度が6〜30デシテックスである、中空部の周囲壁の一部が長手方向に欠損した中空繊維を、前記水中油型乳化物に混合する水中油型睫毛用化粧料の製造方法であって、
前記水中油型睫毛用化粧料が、(A)皮膜形成性ポリマーエマルション1〜40質量%、(B)25℃における動粘度が5,000〜1,000,000mm 2 /sの動粘度を有する高分子量ジメチルポリシロキサン0.01〜3.30質量%、(C)油溶性樹脂0.5〜20質量%、(D)前記中空繊維0.1〜10質量%、(E)カーボンブラック0.1〜30質量%および(F)ポリビニルピロリドン0.01〜10質量%を含有するものであることを特徴とする水中油型睫毛用化粧料の製造方法。 - 前記界面活性剤が、非イオン界面活性剤である請求項5記載の水中油型睫毛用化粧料の製造方法。
