− 第1のプライマリシャフト3は、伝達シャフト6に対する持続的な運動の伝達を可能にする固定歯車17と、セカンダリシャフト5の固定歯車13、14と係合している内燃機関ギアまたはハイブリッドギアの2つのアイドラピニオン15、16とを保持する。
− 第2のセカンダリシャフト3は、セカンダリシャフト5の2つのアイドラピニオン11、12と係合している、電気ギアA、Bの2つの固定歯車9、10を保持する。
− セカンダリシャフト5は、電気ギアA及びBの2つのアイドラピニオン11及び12、2速、3速及び4速ギアの2つの固定ピニオン13、14、並びにディファレンシャルの入力ピニオン24を保持する。
− 伝達シャフト6は、第1のプライマリシャフト3の固定歯車17と係合している固定歯車18、並びに第1のプライマリシャフト3のアイドラピニオン16及び第2のプライマリシャフト4の固定歯車10とそれぞれ係合している2つのアイドラピニオン19、20を保持する。
− 内燃機関を停止した電気機械から連結解除する(ニュートラルEv)か、または、電気ギアAもしくはBを介して車輪にトルクを供給する(EvAもしくはEvB)ための、ニュートラルIce、
− 2速内燃機関ギア単独であるか、またはギアAもしくはギアBを介して供給される電気トルクと併用するための、Ice2、Ice2 EvA、Ice2 EvB、
− 3速内燃機関ギア単独であるか、またはギアAもしくはギアBを介して供給される電気トルクと併用するための、Ice3、Ice3 EvA、Ice3 EvB、
− 4速内燃機関ギア単独であるか、またはギアAもしくはギアBを介して供給される電気トルクと併用するための、Ice4、Ice4 EvA、Ice4 EvB、
− プライマリシャフト(複数)を、伝達シャフトによって1速内燃機関ギアに連結するため、また再充電モードで5速内燃機関ギアに連結するための、EvA Ice1、スマートチャージ、EvB Ice5。
− 内燃機関に接続されたプライマリシャフト3が、電気機械8を車輪に接続しているドライブトレインから連結解除される(ニュートラルIce及びIc3)か、伝達シャフト6を介してドライブトレインに連結される(連結)か、または電気機械8に連結される(コラム連結)ポジション、及び
− 内燃機関に接続されたプライマリシャフト3が、セカンダリシャフト5に直接連結される2つのポジション(Ice2及びIce4)。
− 電気機械8に接続されたプライマリシャフト4がセカンダリシャフト5から連結解除されるポジション(ニュートラルEv)、及び
− 電気機械7に接続されたプライマリシャフト4がセカンダリシャフト5に直接連結される2つのポジション(EvA及びEvB)。
− 伝達シャフト6がセカンダリシャフト5から連結解除されるポジション(ニュートラルIce、Ic2、Ic4)、
− 伝達シャフトが内燃機関からセカンダリシャフト5への運動の伝達を確保するポジション(Ice3)、及び
− 伝達シャフトが2つのプライマリシャフト3、4を連結するポジション(連結)。
a)第2の電気機械29を、燃料噴射なしに内燃機械を介して2速電気ギアEvBのアイドラピニオン12の速度に同期させ、第2の電気機械29を係合させる(ステップ2)、
b)第2の電気機械29によってトルクを供給し、ギアEvAを係合解除する(ステップ3)、
c)第1の電気機械8を同期させ、第1の電気機械8によって2速ギアEvBにトルクを供給する(ステップ4)、
d)第2の電気機械29の接続を切断する。
Claims (20)
- 内燃機関及び駆動用の第1の電気機械(8)が設けられた自動車用ハイブリッドトランスミッションであって、前記内燃機関のクランクシャフト(1)及び前記第1の電気機械(8)に、接続解除クラッチなしに接続された、互いに同心の中実のプライマリシャフト(3)及び中空のプライマリシャフト(4)と、ディファレンシャル(7)によって車両の車輪に接続されたセカンダリシャフト(5)と、前記中実のプライマリシャフト(3)から前記セカンダリシャフト(5)に対する運動を伝達し、前記中実及び中空のプライマリシャフト(3、4)を連結する伝達シャフト(6)とを備え、前記セカンダリシャフト(5)は、前記車両の車輪方向に向けた前記ディファレンシャル(7)への運動を伝達するように構成された単一のディファレンシャル入力ピニオン(24)のみを有し、前記中実のプライマリシャフト(3)は、前記セカンダリシャフト(5)の2つの固定歯車(13、14)と係合するように構成されたハイブリッドギアまたは内燃機関ギアの2つのアイドラピニオン(15、16)を有し、前記第1の電気機械(8)が、前記中実及び中空のプライマリシャフト(3、4)上で前記内燃機関に対して反対端に配設されていることを特徴とする、自動車用ハイブリッドトランスミッション。
- 前記中実のプライマリシャフト(3)は、前記伝達シャフト(6)に対する持続的な運動の伝達を確保する固定歯車(17)をさらに有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のハイブリッドトランスミッション。
- 前記中空のプライマリシャフト(4)は、前記セカンダリシャフト(5)の2つのアイドラピニオン(11、12)と係合している、電気モータギアの2つの固定歯車(9、10)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッドトランスミッション。
- 前記伝達シャフト(6)は、前記中実のプライマリシャフト(3)の固定歯車(17)と係合する固定歯車(18)と、それぞれ前記中実のプライマリシャフト(3)のアイドラピニオン(16)、及び前記中空のプライマリシャフト(4)の固定歯車(10)と係合している2つのアイドラピニオン(19、20)とを有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のハイブリッドトランスミッション。
- 前記伝達シャフト(6)のアイドラピニオン(19)、前記中実のプライマリシャフト(3)のアイドラピニオン(16)、及び前記セカンダリシャフト(5)の固定歯車(14)の間で、三段歯車(16、19、14)が構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッドトランスミッション。
- − 前記内燃機関に接続された前記中実のプライマリシャフト(3)が、前記第1の電気機械(8)を前記車輪に接続しているドライブトレインから連結解除されるか、前記伝達シャフト(6)を介して前記ドライブトレインに連結されるか、前記第1の電気機械(8)に連結されるポジション、及び
− 前記内燃機関に接続された前記中実のプライマリシャフト(3)が前記セカンダリシャフト(5)に直接連結される2つのポジション
を占めることが可能な連結装置(22)を前記中実のプライマリシャフト(3)上に有することを特徴とする、請求項2から5のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッドトランスミッション。 - − 前記第1の電気機械(8)に接続された前記中空のプライマリシャフト(4)が、前記セカンダリシャフト(5)から連結解除されるポジション、及び
− 前記第1の電気機械(8)に接続された前記中空のプライマリシャフト(4)が、前記セカンダリシャフト(5)に直接連結される2つのポジション
を占めることが可能な連結装置(21)を前記セカンダリシャフト(5)上に有することを特徴とする、請求項3から6のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッドトランスミッション。 - − 前記伝達シャフト(6)が前記セカンダリシャフト(5)から連結解除されるポジション、
− 前記伝達シャフト(6)が、前記内燃機関から前記セカンダリシャフト(5)への運動の伝達を確保するポジション、及び
− 前記伝達シャフトが、2つの前記中実及び中空のプライマリシャフト(3、4)の連結を確保するポジション
の3つのポジションを占めることが可能な連結装置(23)を前記伝達シャフト(6)上に有することを特徴とする、請求項3から6のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッドトランスミッション。 - 前記伝達シャフト(6)に連結された第2の電気機械(29)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のハイブリッドトランスミッション。
- 前記第2の電気機械(29)の前記トランスミッションとの接離を可能にする追加の連結装置(30)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のハイブリッドトランスミッション。
- 前記第2の電気機械(29)は、レイシャフト(27)に固定されたピニオン(26)を介して前記伝達シャフト(6)上の固定入力ピニオン(25)を駆動する入力ピニオン(28)によって前記伝達シャフト(6)に連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のハイブリッドトランスミッション。
- 前記追加の連結装置(30)は前記第2の電気機械(29)のスピンドルによって保持されていることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のハイブリッドトランスミッション。
- 前記追加の連結装置(30)は前記伝達シャフト(6)の端部に設置されていることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のハイブリッドトランスミッション。
- 前記伝達シャフト(6)は前記伝達シャフト(6)の周囲に固定爪リング(32)を保持し、パーキングブレーキの機能を遂行するために、連結装置(23)であって、
− 前記伝達シャフト(6)が前記セカンダリシャフト(5)から連結解除されるポジション、
− 前記伝達シャフト(6)が、前記内燃機関から前記セカンダリシャフト(5)への運動の伝達を確保するポジション、及び
− 前記伝達シャフトが、2つの前記中空及び中実のプライマリシャフト(3、4)の連結を確保するポジション
の3つのポジションを占めることが可能な連結装置(23)と協働することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のハイブリッドトランスミッション。 - 前記伝達シャフト(6)の、前記中実のプライマリシャフト(3)のアイドラピニオン(16)と係合している3速ギアアイドラピニオン(19)上に取り付けられたパーキングギア(33)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のハイブリッドトランスミッション。
- 前記第2の電気機械(29)は前記伝達シャフト(6)の連結ピニオン(18)を駆動することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のハイブリッドトランスミッション。
- 中実のプライマリシャフト(3)の3ポジションの連結装置(22)と、セカンダリシャフト(5)の3ポジションの連結装置(21)と、伝達シャフト(6)の3ポジションの連結装置(23)とを使用し、請求項6から16のいずれか一項の記載に従って配設されたハイブリッドトランスミッションの、ギアチェンジを制御する方法であって、3つの前記連結装置(22、21、23)は、3ポジションの電気ギアシフトグループ、及び5ポジションの内燃機関ギアシフト機能グループによって制御されることを特徴とする、ギアチェンジを制御する方法。
- 3つの内燃機関ギア(Ice2、Ice3、Ice4)は、前記伝達シャフト(6)に連結された第2の電気機械(29)単独か、または前記第1の電気機械(8)及び前記第2の電気機械(29)の両方が前記トランスミッションの2つの電気ギア(A、B)のうちの1つに連結された状態で、パラレルハイブリッド機能モードで利用可能であることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載のギアチェンジを制御する方法。
- 前記内燃機関内への燃料噴射なしに前記内燃機関を回転させることによって、トルク下で前記電気ギアの切替が行われることを特徴とする、請求項17または18に記載のギアチェンジを制御する方法。
- a)前記伝達シャフト(6)に連結された第2の電気機械(29)を、燃料噴射なしに前記内燃機関を介して第2の電気ギア(B)のアイドラピニオン(12)の速度に同期させ、前記第2の電気機械(29)を係合させること(ステップ2)、
b)前記第2の電気機械(29)によってトルクを供給し、ギア(EvA)を係合解除すること(ステップ3)、
c)第1の電気機械(8)を同期させ、前記第1の電気機械(8)によって前記第2の電気ギア(B)にトルクを供給すること(ステップ4)、及び
d)前記第2の電気機械(29)の接続を切断すること、
によって電気ギア(A、B)の切替が行われることを特徴とする、請求項19に記載のギアチェンジを制御する方法。
