Claims (6)
- グレアフリーハイビームを提供する車両用ヘッドランプシステムにおいて、
車両の前方を撮影する前方撮影部、
車両の側後方の死角地帯を感知する死角地帯感知センサ、
設定された照射領域に基づいて車両の前方に、前記設定された照射領域に応じてハイビームまたはロービームを照射するADB(Adaptive Driving Beam)ヘッドランプ、
前記前方撮影部を通じて獲得した前方映像と、前記感知した死角地帯の情報に基づいて前記ヘッドランプの照射領域を制御するための制御命令を生成するECU、
前記ECUの制御命令に基づいて前記ヘッドランプを駆動する駆動部および、
レーダーによって車両の前方を感知するためのレーダーセンサを含み、
前記前方映像と前記死角地帯の情報を分析した結果、先行車両および追い越し車両が存在しないと判断される場合、前記ハイビームを出力する制御命令を前記駆動部に伝達し、
前記先行車両が存在する場合において、前記ECUが前記レーダーの情報には前記先行車両が感知されるが前記前方映像には先行車両が存在しないと感知したとき、前記ハイビームを出力するようにする制御命令を前記駆動部に伝達し、
前記先行車両が近接するにつれて前記レーダーの情報および前方映像に先行車両が存在すると感知されたとき、前記ロービームを出力するようにする制御命令を前記駆動部に伝達する、
ヘッドランプシステム。 - 前記ECUは、前記前方映像および前記感知した死角地帯の情報を分析した結果、左側または右側の追い越し車両が存在すると判断した場合、前記出力中のハイビームをロービームに変換させて出力するようにする制御命令を前記駆動部に伝達するものである、請求項1に記載のヘッドランプシステム。
- 前記ECUは、前記追い越し車両に対応する左側または右側の照射領域が制限されるように、前記ヘッドランプを部分消灯するための制御命令を前記駆動部に伝達するものである、請求項2に記載のヘッドランプシステム。
- グレアフリーハイビームを提供する、カメラ、死角地帯感知センサ、レーダー、ハイビームまたはロービームを出力可能なADBヘッドランプであるヘッドランプ、及びECUを備える車両用ヘッドランプシステムを制御する方法において、
前記カメラを通じて撮影された前方映像、前記死角地帯感知センサから感知した死角地帯の情報を受信する段階、
前記ECUによって、前記前方映像および前記死角地帯の情報に基づいて前記ヘッドランプの照射領域を設定する段階、
前記ECUによって、前記設定された照射領域を制御するための制御命令を伝達して前記ヘッドランプを駆動させる段階、および
前記レーダーによって車両の前方を感知する段階、
前記ECUによって、前記前方映像と前記死角地帯の情報を分析した結果に基づいて、先行車両および追い越し車両が存在しないと判断される場合、前記ハイビームを出力する制御命令を前記ヘッドランプに伝達する段階、
前記先行車両が存在する場合において、前記ECUによって前記レーダーの情報には前記先行車両が感知されるが前記前方映像には先行車両が存在しないと感知されたとき、前記ECUによって前記ハイビームを出力するようにする制御命令を前記ヘッドランプに伝達する段階、
前記ECUによって前記先行車両が近接するにつれて前記レーダーの情報および前方映像に先行車両が存在すると感知されたとき、前記ECUによって前記ロービームを出力するようにする制御命令を前記ヘッドランプに伝達する段階、
を含む、
制御方法。 - 前記照射領域を設定する段階は、
前記前方映像および前記感知した死角地帯の情報を分析する段階および
前記分析の結果、左側または右側の追い越し車両が存在すると判断した場合、出力中のハイビームをロービームに変換させて出力するようにする照射領域を設定する段階を含む、請求項4に記載の制御方法。 - 前記照射領域を設定する段階は、
前記追い越し車両に対応する左側または右側の照射領域が制限されるように、前記ヘッドランプを部分消灯する、請求項5に記載の制御方法。
