- ピクセルに連結されたセンシングラインを備える表示パネルと、
電流積分器であって、
第1の入力端子と、第2の入力端子、出力電圧を出力する出力端子とを備え、スワッピング部の第1の構成では、前記第1の入力端子で前記ピクセルに連結されたセンシングラインから電流を受け取り、前記第2の入力端子で基準電圧を受け取るように構成されたスワッピング部を備え、前記スワッピング部の第2の構成では、前記第1の入力端子に前記基準電圧を印加し、前記第2の入力端子に前記センシングラインから前記電流を印加することによって、電流が流れる経路を入れ替えるスワッピング部を備えた増幅器AMPと、
前記増幅器AMPの前記第1の入力端子と出力端子との間に接続された積分キャパシタと、前記積分キャパシタの両端に接続されたリセットスイッチと、
を備える電流積分器と、
前記電流積分器の第1の出力電圧をサンプリングする、第1のサンプルスイッチと第1の平均キャパシタを含む第1のサンプル及びホルダと、前記第1の出力電圧に続いて出力される前記電流積分器の第2の出力電圧をサンプリングする、第2のサンプルスイッチと第2の平均キャパシタを含む第2のサンプル及びホルダとを備え、前記第1及び第2のサンプル及びホルダの各々にサンプリングされた電圧を、前記第1及び第2のサンプル及びホルダに対して共通に設けられた単一出力チャネルを介して同時に出力するサンプリング部と、
前記サンプリング部の単一出力チャネルから受信された電圧をデジタルセンシング値に変換した後、出力するアナログデジタル変換器(Analog to Digital Conversion、ADC)と、

前記スワッピング部は、前記第1の入力端子に前記電流の経路が接続され、前記第2の入力端子に前記基準電圧の経路が接続されるようにスイッチングされることで、前記増幅器で第1のオフセットOffset値が含まれた第1の出力電圧が出力されるように動作する第1のスワップスイッチと、前記第2の入力端子に前記電流の経路が接続され、前記第1の入力端子に前記基準電圧の経路が接続されるようにスイッチングされることで、前記増幅器で前記第1のオフセットOffset値と反対極性を有する第2のオフセットOffset値が含まれた第2の出力電圧が出力されるように動作する第2のスワップスイッチと、を備え、
前記第1のサンプルスイッチは、前記第1のスワップスイッチに同期して前記電流積分器から出力される前記第1の出力電圧を前記第1の平均キャパシタに保存し、前記第2のサンプルスイッチは、前記第2のスワップスイッチに同期して前記電流積分器から出力される前記第2の出力電圧を前記第2の平均キャパシタに保存する、

前記第1の外部入力端子と前記第1の内部入力端子との間、及び前記第2の外部入力端子と前記第2の内部入力端子との間に配置されて、前記電流の経路と前記基準電圧の経路とをスワッピングすることで、前記第1の入力端子を介して印加された前記電流が流れる電流の経路と前記第2の入力端子を介して印加された前記基準電圧が供給される基準電圧の経路とをスワッピングするスワッピング部が配置される請求項1に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第1のスワップスイッチは、前記第1の外部入力端子と前記第1の内部入力端子とに連結される第11のスワップスイッチと、前記第2の外部入力端子と前記第2の内部入力端子とに連結される第12のスワップスイッチとを備え、
前記第2のスワップスイッチは、前記第2の外部入力端子と前記第1の内部入力端子とに連結される第21のスワップスイッチと、前記第1の外部入力端子と前記第2の内部入力端子とに連結される第22のスワップスイッチとを備え、
前記第11のスワップスイッチの一端と前記第22のスワップスイッチの一端とが共通連結され、前記第12のスワップスイッチの一端と前記第21のスワップスイッチの一端とが共通連結される請求項2に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第1のサンプル及びホルダは、前記電流積分器から出力される前記第1の出力電圧を保存する第1の平均キャパシタと、前記電流積分器と前記第1の平均キャパシタとの間に接続されて、前記第1の出力電圧が前記第1の平均キャパシタに保存されるように制御する第1のサンプルスイッチと、前記第1の平均キャパシタと前記アナログデジタル変換器との間に接続されて、前記第1の平均キャパシタに保存された前記第1の出力電圧を前記単一出力チャネルを介して出力するように制御する第1のホールディングスイッチとを備え、
前記第2のサンプル及びホルダは、前記電流積分器から出力される前記第2の出力電圧を保存する第2の平均キャパシタと、前記電流積分器と前記第2の平均キャパシタとの間に接続されて、前記第2の出力電圧が前記第2の平均キャパシタに保存されるように制御する第2のサンプルスイッチと、前記第2の平均キャパシタと前記アナログデジタル変換器との間に接続されて、前記第2の平均キャパシタに保存された前記第2の出力電圧を前記単一出力チャネルを介して出力するように制御する第2のホールディングスイッチとを備える請求項3に記載の有機発光表示装置。 - 前記第1のホールディングスイッチと前記第2のホールディングスイッチとは、同時にターンオンされて、前記第1の出力電圧と前記第2の出力電圧とを前記単一出力チャネルを介して同時に出力する請求項4に記載の有機発光表示装置。
