Description
冷凍機油が混入された冷媒を吸入して圧縮し、吐出する圧縮機(11)と、
圧縮機(11)から吐出された冷媒を車室内へ送風される空気と熱交換させて空気を加熱する放熱器(12)と、
放熱器(12)から流出した冷媒と外気とを熱交換させる室外熱交換器(20)と、
室外熱交換器(20)から流出した冷媒と放熱器(12)に流入する空気とを熱交換させて冷媒を蒸発させる蒸発器(23)と、
放熱器(12)から流出した冷媒を減圧させる第1減圧部(13a)と、
室外熱交換器(20)から流出した冷媒を減圧させる第2減圧部(22a)と、
室外熱交換器(20)と蒸発器(23)とが冷媒の流れにおいて互いに直列になる直列除湿暖房モードと、室外熱交換器(20)と蒸発器(23)とが冷媒の流れにおいて互いに並列になる並列除湿暖房モードとを切り替える切替部(25a、28a)と、
並列除湿暖房モード時において室外熱交換器(20)から圧縮機(11)への冷凍機油の戻りが不十分であると判定した場合、直列除湿暖房モードに切り替わるように切替部(25a、28a)を制御する制御部(40)とを備える。

ここで、Tsetは温度設定スイッチによって設定された車室内設定温度、Trは内気センサによって検出された車室内温度(換言すれば内気温)、Tamは外気センサによって検出された外気温、Asは日射センサによって検出された日射量である。Kset、Kr、Kam、Ksは制御ゲインであり、Cは補正用の定数である。
冷房モードでは、制御装置40が、高段側膨張弁13aを全開状態とし、冷房用膨張弁22aを、減圧作用を発揮する絞り状態とし、低圧側開閉弁25aを閉弁状態とし、高圧側開閉弁28aを閉弁状態とする。
直列除湿暖房モードでは、制御装置40が、高段側膨張弁13aを減圧作用を発揮する絞り状態とし、冷房用膨張弁22aを減圧作用を発揮する絞り状態とし、低圧側開閉弁25aを閉弁状態とし、高圧側開閉弁28aを閉弁状態とする。
並列除湿暖房モードでは、制御装置40が、高段側膨張弁13aを減圧作用を発揮する絞り状態とし、冷房用膨張弁22aを減圧作用を発揮する絞り状態とし、低圧側開閉弁25aを全開状態とし、高圧側開閉弁28aを全開状態とする。
暖房モードでは、制御装置40が、高段側膨張弁13aを減圧作用を発揮する絞り状態とし、冷房用膨張弁22aを閉弁状態とし、低圧側開閉弁25aを全開状態とし、高圧側開閉弁28aを閉弁状態とする。
上述の実施形態を、以下のように種々変形可能である。

Claims (5)
- 冷凍機油が混入された冷媒を吸入して圧縮し、吐出する圧縮機(11)と、
前記圧縮機から吐出された前記冷媒を車室内へ送風される空気と熱交換させて前記空気を加熱する放熱器(12)と、
前記放熱器から流出した前記冷媒と外気とを熱交換させる室外熱交換器(20)と、
前記室外熱交換器から流出した前記冷媒と前記放熱器に流入する前記空気とを熱交換させて前記冷媒を蒸発させる蒸発器(23)と、
前記放熱器から流出した前記冷媒を減圧させる第1減圧部(13a)と、
前記室外熱交換器から流出した前記冷媒を減圧させる第2減圧部(22a)と、
前記室外熱交換器と前記蒸発器とが前記冷媒の流れにおいて互いに直列になる直列除湿暖房モードと、前記室外熱交換器と前記蒸発器とが前記冷媒の流れにおいて互いに並列になる並列除湿暖房モードとを切り替える切替部(25a、28a)と、
前記並列除湿暖房モード時において前記室外熱交換器から前記圧縮機への前記冷凍機油の戻りが不十分であると判定した場合、前記直列除湿暖房モードに切り替わるように前記切替部を制御する制御部(40)とを備える車両用空調装置。 - 前記制御部は、
前記第1減圧部の開度を制御し、
前記並列除湿暖房モード時において前記室外熱交換器から前記圧縮機への前記冷凍機油の戻りが不十分であると判定した場合、外気温度が所定温度を上回っていれば前記直列除湿暖房モードに切り替わるように前記切替部を制御し、前記外気温度が前記所定温度を下回っていれば前記並列除湿暖房モードを維持したままで前記第1減圧部の開度を増加させる請求項1に記載の車両用空調装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記並列除湿暖房モードを開始してから所定時間が経過した場合、前記室外熱交換器から前記圧縮機への前記冷凍機油の戻りが不十分であると判定する請求項1または2に記載の車両用空調装置。
- 前記制御部は、外気温度が低いほど前記所定時間を長くする請求項3に記載の車両用空調装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記室外熱交換器から前記圧縮機への前記冷凍機油の戻りが不十分であると判定し且つ前記第1減圧部の開度を増加させている場合、前記第1減圧部の開度を定期的に通常の開度に戻す請求項2に記載の車両用空調装置。
