Claims (5)
- 摩擦クラッチ(18,20)を操作する操作システム(42)を自動車トランスミッションのトランスミッション入力軸(16)に支持する軸受であって、
前記トランスミッション入力軸(16)に支持される内レース(86)と、
前記内レース(86)に対して回動可能な、前記操作システム(42)を支持する外レース(88)と、
少なくとも1つの取り外し要素(98)であって、形状結合式に前記取り外し要素(98)に作用する取り外し工具(100)を用いて前記内レース(86)に軸方向の取り外し力が導入されるようにした取り外し要素(98)と、
を備え、
前記取り外し要素(98)は、前記内レース(86)と一体に構成されており、前記取り外し要素(98)は、前記内レース(86)内に、前記取り外し工具(100)の形状結合式の係合用の少なくとも1つの係合輪郭を形成し、
前記係合輪郭は、半径方向内向きに開いた、周方向で少なくとも部分的に又は全周にわたって延びる係合溝(102)を形成し、
前記トランスミッション入力軸(16)に凹部(106)が形成されており、該凹部(106)は、軸方向で見て、一方では前記係合溝(102)の下に延在し、他方では前記内レース(86)の下から延出していることを特徴とする軸受。 - 前記内レース(86)は、軸方向で突出する取り外し区分(96)を有し、前記取り外し区分(96)は、軸方向で、前記内レース(86)の、前記外レース(88)により半径方向で見て覆われたオーバラップ領域外に、及び/又は前記内レース(86)の、シールにより画定されたグリース室外に配置されており、前記係合溝(102)は、前記取り外し区分(96)内に配置されている、請求項1に記載の軸受。
- 前記内レース(86)の第1の軸方向面(110)に別の係合輪郭が配置されており、該別の係合輪郭は、軸方向で開いた、実質的に半径方向に延びる係合溝及び/又は実質的に半径方向で軸方向に突出する係合段部を有する、請求項1又は2記載の軸受。
- 自動車エンジンの駆動軸(12)を自動車トランスミッションの少なくとも1つのトランスミッション入力軸(14,16)に連結する摩擦クラッチ(18,20)を操作するクラッチ操作システムであって、前記摩擦クラッチ(18,20)を液圧式に操作する操作システム(42)と、前記摩擦クラッチ(18,20)を介して導入されるトルクを前記自動車トランスミッションに導出するトランスミッション入力軸(16)と、前記操作システム(42)を前記トランスミッション入力軸(16)に支持する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の軸受(80)と、を備えることを特徴とするクラッチ操作システム。
- 請求項4に記載のクラッチ操作システム(44)を取り外す方法であって、
摩擦クラッチ(18,20)を液圧式に操作する操作システム(42)を請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の軸受(80)から取り除き、このとき前記軸受(80)は、トランスミッション入力軸(16)にプレスばめされていて、
取り外し工具(100)を形状結合式に前記軸受(80)の前記取り外し要素(98)に宛がい、
前記軸受(80)を前記取り外し工具(100)を用いて前記トランスミッション入力軸(16)から軸方向で引き抜き、
前記トランスミッション入力軸(16)からの前記軸受(80)の引き抜き中に前記取り外し工具(100)により加える取り外し力を、前記外レース(88)を迂回させて働かせる、
ことを特徴とする方法。
