Claims (10)
- 電気機械(4)及びダブルクラッチ装置(6)を含むハイブリッド車両用ドライブトレイン(2)であって、
前記ダブルクラッチ装置(6)は、ドライブユニット(10)に割り当てられた入力側(8)、前記ドライブユニット(10)と第1トランスミッション入力シャフト(24)との間の選択的なトルク伝達のために、トランスミッション(26)の前記第1トランスミッション入力シャフト(24)に割り当てられた第1クラッチ(16)、及び前記ドライブユニット(10)と第2トランスミッション入力シャフト(32)との間の選択的なトルク伝達のために、前記トランスミッション(26)の前記第2トランスミッション入力シャフト(32)に割り当てられた第2クラッチ(18)を有し、前記第1クラッチ(16)は、前記電気機械(4)と相互作用する第1クラッチ入力側(20)を有し、前記第2クラッチ(18)は、第2クラッチ入力側(28)を有し、前記第1クラッチ(16)の前記第1クラッチ入力側(20)は、前記ダブルクラッチ装置(6)の前記入力側(8)にまたは前記第2クラッチ(18)の前記第2クラッチ入力側(28)にフリーホイール(40)を介して連結され、前記第2クラッチ入力側(28)は、前記ダブルクラッチ装置(6)の前記入力側(8)と、前記ダブルクラッチ装置(6)の前記入力側(8)の2つの対向する回転方向の両方に回転駆動連結される、ドライブトレイン(2)。 - 前記第1または第2トランスミッション入力シャフト(24;32)は、前記トランスミッション(26)の奇数のギヤ(34)に、必要に応じて、後進ギヤにも割り当てられる一方、前記第2または第1トランスミッション入力シャフト(32;24)は、前記トランスミッション(26)の偶数のギヤ(36)に、必要に応じて、前記後進ギヤにも割り当てられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のドライブトレイン(2)。
- 前記第1及び第2クラッチ(16、18)は、同心円状でまたは半径方向に重畳されて配置されるか、または並列に配置されるかまたは軸方向に互いにずらして配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のドライブトレイン(2)。
- 前記電気機械(4)は、前記第1及び/または第2クラッチ(16;18)と半径方向に重畳されて配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のドライブトレイン(2)。
- 前記電気機械(4)は、前記第1及び/または第2クラッチ(16;18)に軸方向に互いにずらして配置され、前記電気機械(4)は、軸方向で前記第1及び第2クラッチ(16、18)の間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のドライブトレイン(2)。
- 前記ダブルクラッチ装置(6)の前記入力側(8)と前記ドライブユニット(10)の出力側(12)との間にねじり振動ダンパ(14)が設置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のドライブトレイン(2)。
- 前記ドライブユニット(10)は、内燃機関であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のドライブトレイン(2)。
- 前記第2クラッチ入力側(28)は、前記ダブルクラッチ装置(6)の前記入力側(8)と、連続的に回転駆動連結され、前記第2クラッチ入力側(28)と前記ダブルクラッチ装置(6)の前記入力側(8)との間にフリーホイールが設けられないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のドライブトレイン(2)。
- 第1作動力(70)が加えられるか加えられることができる前記第1クラッチ(16)及び第2作動力(72)が加えられるか加えられることができる前記第2クラッチ(18)は、前記ダブルクラッチ装置(6)の共通ベアリング(74)、必要に応じて、ローラーベアリングを介して、軸方向に、固定ハウジング上に支持されるか支持されることができ、前記第1及び第2作動力(70、72)は、互いに反対に設定され、及び/または前記第1及び第2クラッチ(16、18)は、油圧式で作動することができることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のドライブトレイン(2)。
- 前記入力側(8)、前記第1クラッチ(16)、前記第1クラッチ入力側(20)、前記第2クラッチ(18)及び前記第2クラッチ入力側(28)を含む前記ダブルクラッチ装置(6)、及び前記フリーホイール(40)は、前記電気機械(4)及び前記トランスミッション(26)に密着して連結されるか連結されることができ、損失に対して密着して固定され、軸方向にプラグ式で連結されるかプラグ式で連結され得るモジュール(90)を形成し、前記モジュール(90)は、必要に応じて、ハウジングセクションまたはハウジングカバー(76)、及び前記ダブルクラッチ装置(6)の前記入力側(8)と前記ハウジングセクションまたはカバー(76)との間に配置されたベアリング(74)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のドライブトレイン(2)。
