Description
上記構成に加えて、上記第1〜第5の発明は以下の構成を備える。
第1の発明では、尿素水を加熱するヒータ(61、62)を制御するヒータ制御部(10)を備え、ヒータ制御部は、所定期間で撹拌部が作動している時にはヒータを停止させる。
第2の発明では、撹拌制御部は、所定期間に撹拌部を作動させ、所定期間の後の期間に撹拌部を停止させ、これらの作動と停止とを複数回切り換えながら運転する間欠運転モードで撹拌部の制御を行う。
第3の発明では、撹拌部は、尿素水内へ気泡を排出することで尿素水を撹拌する構造であり、さらに撹拌制御部は、所定期間に気泡を排出させるように撹拌部を制御する。
第4の発明では、撹拌部は、尿素水を吸入して貯留タンク内へ吐出することで尿素水を撹拌する構造であり、さらに撹拌制御部は、所定期間に尿素水を吐出させるように撹拌部を制御する。
第5の発明では、さらに撹拌制御部は、所定期間であっても、貯留タンク内の尿素水量が所定量以下であった場合には撹拌部による撹拌を禁止する。
図1に示すように、本実施形態の尿素水撹拌システムは、車両に搭載された内燃機関の排気浄化装置100に適用される。本実施形態の内燃機関としては、ディーゼルエンジン1(以下、エンジン1と呼ぶ)が採用されている。尿素水撹拌システムは、尿素水を撹拌するための撹拌部と、撹拌部を制御するための尿素水撹拌制御装置とを備える。
第二実施形態における尿素水撹拌制御装置の制御による作動例を図5のタイムチャートを用いて説明する。なお、第一実施形態と重複する説明は省略する。
以上、発明の好ましい実施形態について説明したが、発明は上述した実施形態に何ら制限されることなく、以下に例示するように種々変形して実施することが可能である。各実施形態で具体的に組合せが可能であることを明示している部分同士の組合せばかりではなく、特に組合せに支障が生じなければ、明示してなくとも実施形態同士を部分的に組み合せることも可能である。

Claims (15)
- 排気中に尿素水を供給する排気浄化装置(100)に用いられる尿素水撹拌制御装置であって、
貯留タンク(4)内の前記尿素水を撹拌する撹拌部(41)を制御する撹拌制御部(10、S112、S107)と、
前記尿素水の温度を取得する温度取得部(S104)と、
前記尿素水を加熱するヒータ(61、62)を制御するヒータ制御部(10)と、
を備え、
前記撹拌制御部は、前記温度取得部により取得された前記尿素水の温度が共融点に維持された状態で前記尿素水が放熱している期間の少なくとも一部を含む所定期間で、前記撹拌部を作動させ、
前記ヒータ制御部は、前記所定期間で前記撹拌部が作動している時には前記ヒータを停止させる尿素水撹拌制御装置。 - 前記撹拌制御部は、前記所定期間に加えて、所定温度から共融点まで温度低下している期間にも前記撹拌部を作動させる請求項1に記載の尿素水撹拌制御装置。
- 前記排気浄化装置は内燃機関(1)の排気を浄化するものであり、
前記ヒータ制御部は、前記内燃機関が停止している場合には、前記ヒータを停止させるヒータ停止制御部(10、S205)を有する請求項1または2に記載の尿素水撹拌制御装置。 - 前記ヒータ制御部は、アイドルストップシステムによる前記内燃機関の自動停止時に前記ヒータが作動している場合には、自動停止期間中は前記ヒータを作動させるヒータ作動制御部(10、S203)を有する請求項3に記載の尿素水撹拌制御装置。
- 前記撹拌制御部は、前記所定期間に前記撹拌部を作動させ、前記所定期間の後の期間に前記撹拌部を停止させ、これらの作動と停止とを複数回切り換えながら運転する間欠運転モードで前記撹拌部の制御を行う請求項1乃至4のいずれか1つに記載の尿素水撹拌制御装置。
- 排気中に尿素水を供給する排気浄化装置(100)に用いられる尿素水撹拌制御装置であって、
貯留タンク(4)内の前記尿素水を撹拌する撹拌部(41)を制御する撹拌制御部(10、S112、S107)と、
前記尿素水の温度を取得する温度取得部(S104)と、
を備え、
前記撹拌制御部は、前記温度取得部により取得された前記尿素水の温度が共融点に維持された状態で前記尿素水が放熱している期間の少なくとも一部を含む所定期間で、前記撹拌部を作動させ、
さらに前記撹拌制御部は、前記所定期間に前記撹拌部を作動させ、前記所定期間の後の期間に前記撹拌部を停止させ、これらの作動と停止とを複数回切り換えながら運転する間欠運転モードで前記撹拌部の制御を行う尿素水撹拌制御装置。 - 前記撹拌制御部は、外気温度が低いほど、前記間欠運転モードでの停止時間に対する作動時間の割合を大きくする請求項5または6に記載の尿素水撹拌制御装置。
- 前記撹拌制御部は、前記温度取得部により取得された前記尿素水の温度が共融点に維持された状態で前記尿素水が放熱している期間の全期間で、前記間欠運転モードによる制御を行う請求項5乃至7のいずれか1つに記載の尿素水撹拌制御装置。
- 前記撹拌部は、前記尿素水内へ気泡を排出することで前記尿素水を撹拌する構造であり、
前記撹拌制御部は、前記所定期間に気泡を排出させるように前記撹拌部を制御する請求項1乃至8のいずれか1つに記載の尿素水撹拌制御装置。 - 排気中に尿素水を供給する排気浄化装置(100)に用いられる尿素水撹拌制御装置であって、
貯留タンク(4)内の前記尿素水を撹拌する撹拌部(41)を制御する撹拌制御部(10、S112、S107)と、
前記尿素水の温度を取得する温度取得部(S104)と、
を備え、
前記撹拌制御部は、前記温度取得部により取得された前記尿素水の温度が共融点に維持された状態で前記尿素水が放熱している期間の少なくとも一部を含む所定期間で、前記撹拌部を作動させ、
前記撹拌部は、前記尿素水内へ気泡を排出することで前記尿素水を撹拌する構造であり、
さらに前記撹拌制御部は、前記所定期間に気泡を排出させるように前記撹拌部を制御する尿素水撹拌制御装置。 - 前記撹拌部は、前記尿素水を吸入して前記貯留タンク内へ吐出することで前記尿素水を撹拌する構造であり、
前記撹拌制御部は、前記所定期間に前記尿素水を吐出させるように前記撹拌部を制御する請求項1乃至8のいずれか1つに記載の尿素水撹拌制御装置。 - 排気中に尿素水を供給する排気浄化装置(100)に用いられる尿素水撹拌制御装置であって、
貯留タンク(4)内の前記尿素水を撹拌する撹拌部(41)を制御する撹拌制御部(10、S112、S107)と、
前記尿素水の温度を取得する温度取得部(S104)と、
を備え、
前記撹拌制御部は、前記温度取得部により取得された前記尿素水の温度が共融点に維持された状態で前記尿素水が放熱している期間の少なくとも一部を含む所定期間で、前記撹拌部を作動させ、
前記撹拌部は、前記尿素水を吸入して前記貯留タンク内へ吐出することで前記尿素水を撹拌する構造であり、
さらに前記撹拌制御部は、前記所定期間に前記尿素水を吐出させるように前記撹拌部を制御する尿素水撹拌制御装置。 - 前記撹拌部は、
前記尿素水を前記排気中に噴射する噴射弁(3)へ前記貯留タンクから前記尿素水を供給する尿素水供給配管(31)と、前記貯留タンクから前記尿素水を吸入し前記尿素水供給配管へ前記尿素水を供給する尿素水ポンプ(41)と、前記尿素水供給配管を流れる前記尿素水の一部を前記貯留タンクに吐出する吐出配管(32)と、を備え、
前記撹拌制御部は、
前記所定期間に、前記尿素水ポンプが前記尿素水を吸入して前記尿素水供給配管へ供給することで、前記貯留タンクから前記尿素水供給配管及び前記吐出配管を通り前記貯留タンクへ吐出される経路で前記尿素水が循環するように前記撹拌部を制御することで前記尿素水を撹拌させる請求項11または12に記載の尿素水撹拌制御装置。 - 前記撹拌制御部は、前記所定期間であっても、前記貯留タンク内の尿素水量が所定量以下であった場合には前記撹拌部による撹拌を禁止する請求項1乃至10のいずれか1つに記載の尿素水撹拌制御装置。
- 排気中に尿素水を供給する排気浄化装置(100)に用いられる尿素水撹拌制御装置であって、
貯留タンク(4)内の前記尿素水を撹拌する撹拌部(41)を制御する撹拌制御部(10、S112、S107)と、
前記尿素水の温度を取得する温度取得部(S104)と、
を備え、
前記撹拌制御部は、前記温度取得部により取得された前記尿素水の温度が共融点に維持された状態で前記尿素水が放熱している期間の少なくとも一部を含む所定期間で、前記撹拌部を作動させ、
さらに前記撹拌制御部は、前記所定期間であっても、前記貯留タンク内の尿素水量が所定量以下であった場合には前記撹拌部による撹拌を禁止する尿素水撹拌制御装置。
