Claims (6)
- 部材の被検査面に対して光を照射する照射装置と、
前記被検査面における前記光の照射部を撮像する撮像装置と、
前記撮像装置により撮像された撮影画像に基づいて不良個所を検出する不良検出装置と、
前記不良検出装置により検出された前記不良個所における形状種別を行う判定装置と、
を備え、
前記不良個所に対してマーキングを行うマーキング装置が設けられ、前記判定装置は、前記不良個所が凹部でないと判定したとき、前記マーキング装置により前記不良個所にマーキングを行う、
ことを特徴とする部材の検査装置。 - 補修材を供給する補修材供給装置が設けられ、前記判定装置は、前記不良個所が凹部であると判定したとき、前記補修材供給装置により前記凹部に補修材を供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の部材の検査装置。
- 前記判定装置は、前記不良個所が凹部であると判定したとき、前記補修材供給装置により前記凹部に前記凹部の容積より多量の補修材を供給することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の部材の検査装置。
- 前記判定装置は、前記不良個所が凹部であると判定したとき、前記凹部の容積を計測し、前記補修材供給装置により前記凹部に前記凹部の容積以上の量の補修材を供給することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の部材の検査装置。
- 異なる2方向に向けて光を照射する2個の照明器により構成されて部材の被検査面に対して光を照射する照射装置と、
前記被検査面における前記光の照射部を撮像する撮像装置と、
前記撮像装置により撮像された撮影画像に基づいて不良個所を検出する不良検出装置と、
前記不良検出装置により検出された前記不良個所における形状種別を行う判定装置と、
補修材を供給する補修材供給装置と、
前記不良個所に対してマーキングを行うマーキング装置と、
多関節アームの先端部に前記補修材供給装置および前記マーキング装置が装着される多関節ロボットと、
を備え、
前記判定装置は、前記不良個所が凹部であると判定したとき、前記補修材供給装置により前記凹部に補修材を供給する、
ことを特徴とする部材の検査装置。 - 部材の被検査面に対して光を照射する工程と、
前記光の照射部を撮像する工程と、
撮影画像に基づいて不良個所を検出する工程と、
前記不良個所が凹部であるかどうかを判定する工程と、
前記不良個所が前記凹部であるときに前記凹部に補修材を供給する工程と、
前記不良個所が凹部でないと判定したときに前記不良個所にマーキングを行う工程と、
を有することを特徴とする部材の補修方法。
