Claims (15)

- 複数の側面を含む複数のスクリーンモジュールを含み、
前記複数のスクリーンモジュールの中で隣接したスクリーンモジュールの側面が、互いに密着し、
前記複数のスクリーンモジュールのそれぞれは、第1項〜第8項のいずれか一項によるディスプレイ装置を含み、
隣接するディスプレイ装置の曲げ部が互いに接触した、マルチスクリーンディスプレイ装置。 - 第1スクリーンモジュールと、
第2スクリーンモジュールとを含み、
前記第1スクリーンモジュールが、
第1アクティブ領域と前記第1アクティブ領域を囲む第1非アクティブ領域および曲面形態に曲がる第1曲げ部を有する第1基板と、
前記第1基板の第1アクティブ領域に設けられた第1画素アレイ層と、
前記第1画素アレイ層上に設けられる第2基板と、
前記第1基板の第1非アクティブ領域に設けられ前記第2基板の側面を覆う第1カバー膜とを含み、
前記第1画素アレイ層は、前記第1基板と第2基板との間に配置され、
前記第1カバー膜は、前記第1曲げ部と重畳する領域を除いた残りの第1非アクティブ領域に設けられ、
前記第1曲げ部は、第1カバー膜が存在しないことによる第1ストレス減少領域を含み、
前記第2基板が、前記第1基板に対向する第1面及び前記第1面とは反対の第2面を有し、
前記第1基板の曲げ部は、前記第2基板の第2面の方に曲がっており、
前記第2スクリーンモジュールは、
第2アクティブ領域と前記第2アクティブ領域を囲む第2非アクティブ領域および曲面形態に曲がる第2曲げ部を有する第3基板と、
前記第3基板の第2アクティブ領域に設けられた第2画素アレイ層と、
前記第2画素アレイ層上に設けられる第4基板と、
前記第3基板の第2非アクティブ領域に設けられ前記第4基板の側面を覆う第2カバー膜とを含み、
前記第2画素アレイ層は、前記第3基板と第4基板との間に配置され、前記第2カバー膜は、前記第2曲げ部と重畳する領域を除いた残りの第2非アクティブ領域に設けられ、
前記第2曲げ部は、第2カバー膜が存在しないことによる第2ストレス減少領域を含み、
前記第4基板が、前記第3基板に対向する第1面及び前記第1面とは反対の第2面を有し、
前記第3基板の曲げ部は、前記第4基板の第2面の方に曲がっており、
前記第1スクリーンモジュールは、前記第2スクリーンモジュールの側面と平行で密接な側面を含む、マルチスクリーン装置。
