Claims (7)
- シリンダヘッドの一側面である排気側面に設けられる排気マニホールドと、該排気マニホールドから排出される排気ガスによって駆動する過給機を備えるエンジン装置において、
前記過給機は、前記排気マニホールドに連結する高圧段過給機と、前記高圧段過給機に連結する低圧段過給機とによる二段過給機で構成され、
前記高圧段過給機は前記排気マニホールドに固定されて前記排気マニホールドの側方に配置され、前記低圧段過給機は前記シリンダヘッドの前記排気側面に固定されて前記排気マニホールドの上方に配置される一方で、前記高圧段過給機の排気出口と前記低圧段過給機の排気入口が連結されている、
エンジン装置。 - 前記シリンダヘッドは、その内部に、前記排気側面における前記低圧段過給機の取付部から、前記排気側面に対向する吸気側面へ向けて延設されたリブを備えている、
請求項1に記載のエンジン装置。 - 前記排気マニホールドからの排気ガスを浄化する排気ガス浄化装置を備える構成であって、
前記排気ガス浄化装置の排気入口は、前記排気側面に交差する前記シリンダヘッドの2側面のうち一方の側面と前記排気側面とが交わる角部の近傍に配置され、
前記低圧段過給機は、前記排気側面側から見て、前記一方の側面寄りに配置されるとともに、前記低圧段過給機の排気出口が前記一方の側面側に向けて設けられている、
請求項1に記載のエンジン装置。 - 前記シリンダヘッドの上方で、ブローバイガス還元装置のブローバイガス出口が前記シリンダヘッドの前記一方の側面とは反対側の他方の側面寄りの位置で前記排気側面側に向けて配置され、前記低圧段過給機の新気入口が前記他方の側面側に向けて設けられ、前記ブローバイガス出口が前記低圧段過給機の新気入口に連結する給気管に還元ホースを介して連結されている、
請求項3に記載のエンジン装置。 - 前記低圧段過給機は、新気入口が新気供給口よりも前記シリンダヘッド寄りの位置に設けられている、
請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のエンジン装置。 - 前記低圧段過給機の新気供給口と前記高圧段過給機の新気入口は、同一方向に向けて開口している、
請求項5に記載のエンジン装置。 - 前記高圧段過給機の排気出口と前記低圧段過給機の排気入口は、可撓性を有する配管を介して連結されている、
請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のエンジン装置。
