Description
Claims (9)
- a.遠位端及び近位端を有するステムと、
b.前記遠位端に配置される、前記ステムから外側に放射状に延在する1つ以上の突起部、及び、前記1つ以上の突起部から前記遠位端に延在する長さインジケータを含むアンカ用インジケータと、
c.前記アンカ用インジケータの基部に配置されるバルーンと、
を備える、気道バルブのための通路をサイジングするためのバルブプランニングツールであって、
前記バルーンが、
i.収縮状態と、
ii.展開状態とを含み、
前記バルーンを前記収縮状態から前記展開状態へと膨張させることができ、かつ前記バルーンが、実質的にノンコンプライアントであり、そのため、前記バルーンは単一サイズに膨張できるのみである、
ことを特徴とするバルブプランニングツール。 - 前記バルーンが圧縮性流体により膨張させることができる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブプランニングツール。 - 前記バルーンが、ポリエーテル、ポリエーテルブロックアミド、ポリアミド、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、熱可塑性樹脂、ポリエステル、低伸縮性プラスチック、低伸縮性生体適合性プラスチック、非弾性プラスチック、非伸縮性プラスチック、又はこれらの組み合わせでできている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜2のいずれか1項に記載のバルブプランニングツール。 - 前記バルーンがバルブの封止部位を実質的に表す封止領域インジケータを備え、
前記封止領域インジケータは前記バルブが封止できる気道の断面長の範囲を示し、
前記封止領域インジケータの直径と、前記バルブが封止できる最大の気道直径とが実質的に同一である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のバルブプランニングツール。 - 前記1つ以上の突起部がアンカの振り角を可視化できるように収縮状態から展開状態へと移行できる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のバルブプランニングツール。 - 前記1つ以上の突起部が静止している、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のバルブプランニングツール。 - 前記1つ以上の突起部から前記バルーンの封止領域インジケータまでの長さが、バルブの長さに相当する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバルブプランニングツール。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のバルブプランニングツールを2つ以上含み、
前記2つ以上のバルブプランニングツールにおける第1のバルブプランニングツールが、第2のバルブプランニングツールよりも、長い長さ、大きな直径、短い長さ、小さな直径、又はそれらの組み合わせを有する、
ことを特徴とするキット。 - 前記キットが異なる寸法の4つのバルブプランニングツールを含み、
第1のバルブプランニングツールが約5mmの封止領域インジケータ直径、約8mmのアンカ用インジケータ直径、及び約10mmの長さを有し、
第2のバルブプランニングツールが約6mmの封止領域インジケータ直径、約9mmのアンカ用インジケータ直径、及び約11mmの長さを有し、
第3のバルブプランニングツールが約7mmの封止領域インジケータ直径、約10mmのアンカ用インジケータ直径、及び約12mmの長さを有し、
第4のバルブプランニングツールが、約9mmの封止領域インジケータ直径、約12mmのアンカ用インジケータ直径、及び約12mmの長さを有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のキット。
