Claims (4)
- 第1の磁性材料からなる素体と、
前記素体に埋め込まれたコイル導体と、
前記第1の磁性材料よりも透磁率の高い第2の磁性材料からなる第1及び第2の磁性体膜と、を備え、
前記素体は、前記コイル導体のコイル軸と交差する上面と、前記コイル軸と平行な第1及び第2の側面と、前記上面の反対側に位置する実装面とを有し、
前記第1の磁性体膜は、前記素体の前記上面及び前記第1の側面に形成され、
前記第2の磁性体膜は、前記素体の前記上面及び前記第2の側面に形成され、
前記第1及び第2の磁性体膜は、それぞれ前記第1及び第2の側面に形成された部分が前記コイル軸に対して垂直な方向に延在するスリットによって分断されており、
前記スリットは、前記実装面側にオフセットして設けられていることを特徴とするコイル部品。 - 前記第1及び第2の磁性体膜は、前記素体の前記実装面にさらに形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記コイル導体の一端に接続された第1の端子電極と、前記コイル導体の他端に接続された第2の端子電極とをさらに備え、
前記素体は、前記コイル軸と平行であり、且つ、前記第1及び第2の側面に対して直交する第3及び第4の側面をさらに有し、
前記第1の端子電極は、少なくとも前記第3の側面に形成され、
前記第2の端子電極は、少なくとも前記第4の側面に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記素体の前記上面に形成され、前記第1及び第2の磁性体膜とは独立して設けられた第3の磁性体膜をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
