- C:0.025質量%以下、Si:0.1質量%以上1.0質量%以下、Mn:0.8質量%以下、P:0.05質量%以下、S:0.01質量%以下、Ni:0.5質量%以下、Cr:15.0質量%以上23.0質量%以下、Al:2.0質量%以上4.0質量%以下、N:0.025質量%以下、Nb:0.1質量%以上0.6質量%以下を含有し、残部がFeおよび不可避的不純物からなり、
鋼表面のマイクロビッカース0.1kgで測定した硬さをHVaとし、鋼の厚み方向中央部のマイクロビッカース0.1kgで測定した硬さをHVbとすると、HVa−HVb≧30であり、
700℃での0.2%耐力が100MPa以上である
ことを特徴とするAl含有フェライト系ステンレス鋼。 - Mo:0.05質量%以上0.5質量%以下、V:0.05質量%以上0.5質量%以下、Cu:0.05質量%以上0.5質量%以下、Zr:0.05質量%以上0.5質量%以下、B:0.005質量%以下およびREM:0.001質量%以上0.05質量%以下の少なくとも1種を含有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のAl含有フェライト系ステンレス鋼。
