Description
第1の実施形態では、放射線診断装置の一例としてX線診断装置について説明する。まず、第1の実施形態に係るX線診断装置の構成について説明する。図1は、第1の実施形態に係るX線診断装置1の構成例を示すブロック図である。なお、X線診断装置1に、被検体P(例えば、人体)は含まれない。また、図1に示す構成は一例に過ぎない。例えば、図1に例示する各部は、適宜統合若しくは分離して構成されてもよい。
第1の実施形態では、放射線診断装置がX線診断装置1である場合について説明した。しかしながら、放射線診断装置は、X線診断装置に限定されるものではなく、例えば、X線CT(Computed Tomography)装置であってもよい。そこで、第2の実施形態では、放射線診断装置の一例としてX線CT装置について説明する。
実施形態は、上述した実施形態に限られるものではない。

Claims (9)
- 第1のX線管球及び第1のX線検出器並びに当該第1のX線管球及び当該第1のX線検出器を保持する第1のアームを含む第1の撮影系と、第2のX線管球及び第2のX線検出器並びに当該第2のX線管球及び当該第2のX線検出器を保持する第2のアームを含む第2の撮影系とを始点から終点まで同時に回転させて造影剤非存在下で被検体を回転撮影して収集されたX線信号から生成された収集画像群と、前記第1の撮影系と前記第2の撮影系とを始点から終点まで同時に回転させて造影剤存在下で前記被検体を回転撮影して収集されたX線信号から生成された収集画像群とから、血管構造の空間的連続性及び血流濃度の時間的連続性を拘束条件として用いた逐次近似再構成により、時系列の3次元血管画像を再構成する再構成部を備え、
前記再構成部は、前記時系列の3次元血管画像に対応する4次元のデータに基づいて算出される誤差に基づいて、前記逐次近似再構成を行なう、X線診断装置。 - 前記造影剤非存在下で被検体を回転撮影して収集されたX線信号から生成された収集画像群と、前記造影剤存在下で前記被検体を回転撮影して収集されたX線信号から生成された収集画像群とから差分画像群を生成する差分画像生成部を更に備え、
前記再構成部は、前記差分画像群から時系列の3次元血管画像を再構成する、請求項1に記載のX線診断装置。 - 前記再構成部は、前記回転撮影の期間中に順次生成される前記差分画像群のうち所定の間隔ごとに生成された差分画像群から時系列の3次元血管画像を再構成する、請求項2に記載のX線診断装置。
- 前記再構成部は、前記逐次近似再構成の過程で、推定した3次元画像のボクセル値をX線信号の複数の検出面それぞれに投影したピクセル値と、差分画像それぞれのピクセル値との差に、前記拘束条件を加算した誤差を算出し、前記誤差が所定の閾値未満となるまで、再構成処理を繰り返す、請求項2又は3に記載のX線診断装置。
- 前記再構成部は、設定された関心領域において、前記拘束条件を用いた逐次近似再構成により、前記差分画像群から時系列の3次元血管画像を再構成する、請求項2〜4のいずれか一つに記載のX線診断装置。
- 前記再構成された時系列の3次元血管画像を解析して血流情報を生成する血流情報生成部を更に備えた、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載のX線診断装置。
- 造影剤存在下で前記被検体を連続して回転撮影する際、角度に応じてX線強度を変調する強度変調部を更に備えた、請求項1〜6のいずれか一つに記載のX線診断装置。
- 前記収集画像群は、毛細血管相に前記造影剤が到達している間に収集される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一つに記載のX線診断装置。
- 前記再構成部は、被検体の180°以上の方向から収集された前記収集画像群から前記3次元血管画像を再構成する、請求項1に記載のX線診断装置。
