Description
本願は、2015年1月5日に出願された「Resocator」という名称の米国仮特許出願第62/100,033号明細書の利益を主張する。本願は、2015年2月18日に出願された「Resocator」という名称の米国仮特許出願第62/117,946号明細書の利益も主張する。本願は、2015年7月7日に出願された「Resocator」という名称の米国仮特許出願第62/189,427号明細書の利益も主張する。ここで言及したこれらの出願の内容は依拠され、参照により本明細書に援用される。
本明細書で使用するとき、「取り付ける」とは、例えば、追跡される資産にGRL装置を取り付けることができること等、第1のアイテムを第2のアイテムに固定して付加することを意味する。

Claims (14)
- 位置情報を明らかにするためのGRL装置において、
金属コイルに通電し、且つ標準周波数振動を利用して電磁波を作り出すオンチップ電源と共に動作する小型原子時計と、
前記小型原子時計と論理通信するプロセッサと、
複数の基準位置からタイミング信号を受信するための受信機と、
一意識別子を記憶するためのメモリと、
前記GRL装置を資産に取り付け、且つそれにより前記資産にUUIDを固定して関連付けるための取付手段と、
データ信号を伝送するための無線送信機と、
既知の送信機の位置座標を含むデジタル記憶域であって、前記位置座標が前記プロセッサにとってアクセス可能である、デジタル記憶域と、
前記GRL装置上に記憶され、且つ要求に応じて実行可能である実行可能ソフトウェアと
を含み、前記実行可能ソフトウェアが、
前記複数の基準位置からそれぞれの伝送を受信すること、
前記複数の基準位置から受信された前記それぞれの伝送及び既知の送信機の前記位置座標に基づいて前記GRL装置の物理的位置を明らかにすること、及び
前記UUID、前記明らかにされた物理的位置、及び秘密鍵を含む認証済みの位置を伝送することと、
前記明らかにされた物理的位置に関する精度範囲値を生成することと、
前記小型原子時計によって生成されたタイミング値に関する精度範囲を生成することと、
前記秘密鍵の値、前記明らかにされた位置、前記明らかにされた位置に関する前記精度範囲値、及び前記原子時計によって生成された前記タイミング値に関する前記精度範囲に基づいてハッシュ値を生成することと、を前記GRL装置に行わせるように前記プロセッサと共に動作可能であることを特徴とするGRL装置。 - 請求項1に記載のGRL装置において、前記UUID及び前記位置が無線、視覚データ、及び聴覚データのうちの1つ又は複数によって伝送されることを特徴とするGRL装置。
- 請求項1に記載のGRL装置において、位置が絶対位置及び相対位置の一方又は両方を含むことを特徴とするGRL装置。
- 請求項1に記載のGRL装置において、前記実行可能ソフトウェアが、前記UUID及び位置データの一方又は両方を前記無線送信機によって無線で伝送することを前記無線送信機に行わせるように更に動作可能であることを特徴とするGRL装置。
- 請求項4に記載のGRL装置において、前記無線送信機が別のGRL装置に無線で伝送するように構成されることを特徴とするGRL装置。
- 請求項1に記載のGRL装置において、周囲環境から前記GRL装置にエネルギをハーベストし、且つ前記GRL装置内に含まれる1つ又は複数のコンポーネントに電流を供給するように動作可能なエネルギハーベスティング機構を更に含むことを特徴とするGRL装置。
- 請求項1に記載のGRL装置において、前記実行可能ソフトウェアが、領域のUUIDを決定すること及び前記領域のUUIDを伝送することを前記GRL装置に行わせるように更に動作可能であることを特徴とするGRL装置。
- 資産の位置を提供する方法において、
GRL装置のメモリ内に汎用固有識別子(UUID)及び秘密鍵の値を入れるステップと、
プロセッサ、デジタルメモリ、小型原子時計、及びデータレセプタを含む前記GRL装置を前記資産に取り付けるステップと、
前記資産に前記UUIDを関連付けるステップと、
前記小型原子時計によってタイミング信号を生成するステップと、
3つ以上の基準位置からそれぞれのタイミング信号を受信するステップと、
プログラム可能コードを前記プロセッサによって実行することにより前記GRL装置の物理的位置を明らかにするステップであって、前記物理的位置が、3つ以上の基準位置からの前記それぞれのタイミング信号及び前記小型原子時計からの前記タイミング信号に基づく、ステップと、
前記明らかにされた物理的位置、前記秘密鍵、及び前記UUIDを、前記プロセッサとデジタル通信ネットワークとの間の論理通信を提供するように構成されたスマートゲートウェイによって伝送するステップと、を含み、
a.前記明らかにされた物理的位置に関する精度範囲値を生成するステップと、
b.前記小型原子時計によって生成されたタイミング値に関する精度範囲を生成するステップと、
c.前記秘密鍵の値、前記明らかにされた位置、前記明らかにされた位置に関する前記精度範囲値、及び前記小型原子時計によって生成された前記タイミング値に関する前記精度範囲に基づいてハッシュ値を生成するステップと
を更に含むことを特徴とする方法。

a.前記GRL装置が取り付けられている前記資産の前記物理的位置を確認するために前記ハッシュ値とマッチされ得る公開鍵を提供するステップ
を追加的に含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 複数のGRL装置の位置を追跡するためのGRLシステムにおいて、
a.デジタル通信ネットワークと論理通信するネットワークサーバと、
b.前記デジタル通信ネットワークと論理通信し、且つ少なくとも1つのGRL装置と無線通信によって論理通信する1つ又は複数のスマートゲートウェイと、
c.資産に取り付けられ、且つ前記スマートゲートウェイ及び前記ネットワークサーバの一方又は両方と論理通信する第1のGRL装置と
を含み、前記第1のGRL装置が、
金属コイルに通電し、且つバッキーボールの遷移周波数に基づく標準周波数振動を利用して電磁波を作り出すオンチップ電源と共に動作する小型原子時計と、
前記小型原子時計と論理通信するプロセッサと、
複数の基準位置からタイミング信号を受信するための受信機と、
一意識別子を記憶するためのメモリと、
前記第1のGRL装置を前記資産に取り付け、且つそれにより前記資産にUUIDを固定して関連付けるための取付手段と、
データ信号を伝送するための無線送信機と、
既知の送信機の位置座標を含むデジタル記憶域であって、前記位置座標が前記プロセッサにとってアクセス可能である、デジタル記憶域と、
前記第1のGRL装置上に記憶され、且つ要求に応じて実行可能である実行可能ソフトウェアと
を含み、前記実行可能ソフトウェアが、
前記複数の基準位置からそれぞれの伝送を受信すること、
前記複数の基準位置から受信された前記それぞれの伝送及び前記複数の基準位置の位置座標に基づいて前記第1のGRL装置の物理的位置を明らかにすること、及び
前記資産に関連付けられた前記UUID及び前記第1のGRL装置の前記明らかにされた物理的位置を無線通信によって伝送すること
を前記第1のGRL装置に行わせるように前記プロセッサと共に動作可能であり、
前記スマートゲートウェイが、前記UUID及び前記第1のGRL装置への前記明らかにされた物理的位置を、前記デジタル通信ネットワークを介して前記ネットワークサーバに伝送するように動作可能であり、
前記GRL装置が、前記第1のGRL装置及び前記第1のGRL装置が取り付けられている前記資産の一方又は両方に関連付けられたPKIを前記スマートゲートウェイに伝送するように追加的に動作可能であり、
前記ネットワークサーバが、前記第1のGRL装置が取り付けられている前記資産の記録を含み、且つ前記第1のGRL装置の前記明らかにされた物理的位置を前記資産に関連付けて、
前記第1のGRL装置が、明らかにされた物理的な第1の位置データと共にセンサデータを追加的に伝送し、
前記第1のGRL装置が、第2のGRL装置にそれぞれ関連付けられた第2のUUID及び第2の位置データを追加的に伝送し、前記第2のGRL装置が、関連付けられた前記第2のUUID及び前記第2の位置データを前記第1のGRL装置に無線で伝送することを特徴とするGRLシステム。 - 請求項10に記載のGRLシステムにおいて、前記第1のGRL装置が、複数の不同の位置を明らかにし、且つ前記複数の不同の位置を表すデータを前記スマートゲートウェイに伝送するように追加的に動作可能であり、及び
前記スマートゲートウェイが前記複数の不同の位置を前記ネットワークサーバに伝送し、及び
前記ネットワークサーバが前記複数の不同の位置を前記資産の移動として解釈することを特徴とするGRLシステム。 - 請求項10に記載のGRLシステムにおいて、前記第1のGRL装置によって伝送される前記センサデータが前記資産から受信されることを特徴とするGRLシステム。
- 請求項10に記載のGRLシステムにおいて、前記第1のGRL装置及び前記第2のGRL装置のそれぞれが、2人のそれぞれの人の識別として使用されるそれぞれの物品に取り付けられ、前記ネットワークサーバが、前記第1の位置データ及び第2の位置を利用して、前記物品が識別として使用される前記2人のそれぞれの人の移動を追跡することを特徴とするGRLシステム。
- 請求項13に記載のGRLシステムにおいて、前記ネットワークサーバが、前記2人のそれぞれの人が互いに近くにいると判定することを特徴とするGRLシステム。
