商品名PP REPRAP BLACK FILAMENTドイツRepRap PPフィラメント600gで販売される直径1.75mmの商業用フィラメント、すなわち、エチレン含量3重量%、MFR 2dl/10分及び25℃でのキシレン中の可溶性画分6.2重量%を有するランダムプロピレンエチレンコポリマー。
商品名MOPLEN RP220Mで市販されるプロピレンエチレンコポリマー、すなわち、エチレン含量4重量%、MFR7及び25℃でのキシレン中の可溶性画分7%を有するランダムプロピレンエチレンコポリマー。
Claims (2)
- 押出ベースの積層造形システムにおいて、
−エチレン誘導単位含量が、3.8重量%〜8.0重量%の範囲であり;
−MFR L(ISO 1133に従うメルトフローレート、条件L、すなわち230℃及び2.16kg荷重)が、6〜8g/10分の範囲であり;及び
−25℃で測定されたキシレン可溶物が、4重量%〜25重量%を含む、プロピレンエチレンコポリマーを含む消耗性フィラメントの使用。 - 前記消耗性フィラメントは、+/−0.05mmの変動を有する一定の直径を有する、請求項1に記載の消耗性フィラメントの使用。
