Claims (12)
- 映像が表示可能な表示領域を有する第1の面と、前記第1の面とは反対となる第2の面と、を有する表示パネルと、
前記第1の面の上に配置され、ベースフィルムと、前記表示パネルに面するベースフィルムの一方の面に形成され、互いに絶縁された第1透明導電膜及び第2透明導電膜を有する透明導電膜と、を有するタッチパネルと、
を備え、
前記第1透明導電膜及び前記第2透明導電膜は同一の層に位置しており、
前記表示パネルおよび前記タッチパネルは、曲率の中心が前記第2の面の外側に位置するように少なくとも一部が撓み、
前記タッチパネルが撓むときに前記透明導電膜は圧縮力を受けるフレキシブル表示装置。 - 前記透明導電膜は、前記透明導電膜の表面に対してアンカー効果を有する機能性コーティング層に覆われる請求項1に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。
- 前記機能性コーティング層は、アクリル系樹脂およびポリウレタン系樹脂のうちのいずれか一方を含み、0.1μm〜30μmの厚さを有する請求項2に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。
- 前記機能性コーティング層は、1.3〜2.0の屈折率を有する請求項3に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。
- 前記機能性コーティング層は、保護フィルムに覆われる請求項2から請求項4のうちのいずれか一項に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。
- 前記保護フィルムは、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、シクロオレフィンポリマー(COP)、トリアセチルセルローズ(TAC)およびポリカーボネート(PC)よりなる群から選択されるいずれか一種を含む請求項5に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。
- 映像が表示可能な表示領域を有する第1の面と、前記第1の面とは反対となる第2の面と、を有する表示パネルと、
前記第1の面の上に配置され、ベースフィルムと、ベースフィルムに形成される透明導電膜からなる感知電極部と、を有するタッチパネルと、
を備え、
前記感知電極部は、互いに交差する方向に沿って形成される複数の第1の感知電極および複数の第2の感知電極を備え、
前記第1の感知電極及び前記第2の感知電極は互いに絶縁され、前記複数の第1の感知電極および前記複数の第2の感知電極の両方は、前記表示パネルに面する前記ベースフィルムの一方の面に形成され、
前記第1の感知電極及び前記第2の感知電極は同一の層に位置しており、
前記表示パネルおよび前記タッチパネルは、曲率の中心が前記第2の面の外側に位置するように少なくとも一部が撓み、
前記タッチパネルが撓むときに前記透明導電膜は圧縮力を受けるフレキシブル表示装置。 - 前記複数の第1の感知電極および前記複数の第2の感知電極は、前記表示パネルに面する前記ベースフィルムの一方の面に並設され、絶縁膜によって互いに絶縁状態が保たれる請求項7に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。
- 前記複数の第1の感知電極および前記複数の第2の感知電極は、機能性コーティング層に覆われ、
前記機能性コーティング層は、保護フィルムに覆われる請求項8に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。 - 映像が表示可能な表示領域を有する第1の面と、前記第1の面とは反対となる第2の面と、を有する表示パネルと、
前記第1の面の上に配置され、ベースフィルムと、透明導電膜からなる感知電極部と、
を有するタッチパネルと、
前記タッチパネルの上に配置されるカバーウィンドウと、
を備え、
前記感知電極部は、前記ベースフィルムに面する前記カバーウィンドウの一方の面の下方において前記カバーウィンドウに接するように形成される複数の第1の感知電極と、前記表示パネルに面する前記ベースフィルムの一方の面に形成される複数の第2の感知電極と、を備え、
前記表示パネルと、前記タッチパネルおよび前記カバーウィンドウは、曲率の中心が前記第2の面の外側に位置するように少なくとも一部が撓み、
前記タッチパネルが撓むときに前記透明導電膜は圧縮力を受けるフレキシブル表示装置。 - 前記複数の第1の感知電極は、第1の機能性コーティング層に覆われ、
前記複数の第2の感知電極は、第2の機能性コーティング層に覆われる請求項10に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。 - 前記第2の機能性コーティング層は、保護フィルムに覆われる請求項11に記載のフレキシブル表示装置。
