Description
The present invention relates to a measurement data collection device and a program for collecting measurement values by analyzing an image of a measurement tool on which measurement results are displayed.
In general, the measured values of measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and dial gauges can be read directly or indirectly from the measurement results displayed on the measuring tool on a display or scale. Can do. In the case of an analog measuring tool, the measurement data is collected by a method of transferring the read measurement value on paper or inputting the measurement value to a personal computer. In the case of a digital measuring tool, in addition to a method similar to that of an analog measuring tool, measurement data subjected to electrical signal processing is transferred to a personal computer by wired communication or wireless communication. As an apparatus which collects measurement data using a digital measuring tool, the thing of
When collecting measurement data, analog measurement tools may cause the trouble of transferring the measured values to paper or inputting them to a personal computer, or mistakes at the time of posting, and both hands may be blocked during measurement. Since it is difficult to record the measured value while measuring, the measured value must be recorded every time the measurement is performed. On the other hand, with a digital measuring tool, collection of measurement data is relatively easy and almost no transfer errors occur, but it is more expensive than an analog measuring tool because a CPU, communication function, and the like are mounted. Also, the cable becomes an obstacle when transferring data by wired communication.
An object of the present invention is to provide a measurement data collection device and a program that can easily collect measurement data by reading measurement values from measurement results regardless of whether the measurement tool is analog or digital.
In order to achieve the above object, the measurement data collection device of the present invention reads the measurement value from the imaging means for imaging the appearance of the target measurement tool on which the measurement result is displayed, and the appearance image of the target measurement tool captured by the imaging means. In the present invention, since the measurement value is read from the image obtained by imaging the target measurement tool, it is possible to easily collect measurement data regardless of whether the measurement tool is analog or digital, and the measurement tool has a communication function. There is no need. In addition, even a user who does not know how to read a measurement value with an analog measurement tool can collect measurement data.
The measurement data collection device of the present invention includes a tool identification information storage unit that stores tool identification information for each type of measurement tool, an external image of the target measurement tool, and a tool identification information stored in the tool identification information storage unit. The tool specifying means for identifying the type of the target measurement tool by comparing the above, the reading method storage means for storing the measurement value reading method from the appearance image for each type of the measuring tool, and the measurement specified by the tool specifying means A reading method specifying unit that specifies a reading method of the measurement value corresponding to the type of the tool with reference to the reading method storage unit, and the reading method specifying unit is a reading method of the measuring value specified by the reading method specifying unit. Thus, the measurement value may be read from the appearance image of the target measurement tool. The tool identification information may be all or part of the appearance image of the measurement tool, or may be identification information that can be read directly or indirectly from the appearance image of the measurement tool. In the case of the identification information, the tool specifying means reads the identification information directly or indirectly from the appearance image of the target measuring tool and collates with the tool specifying information. The tool specifying information storage means further stores tool specifying information for each individual measuring tool, the tool specifying means further specifies the target measuring tool individual, and corresponds to the measuring tool specified by the tool specifying means. It may further comprise reading control means for controlling to issue a predetermined warning and / or not to read the measurement value by the measurement value reading means. With this configuration, it is possible to take safety measures such as checking whether the specified measurement tool has been calibrated and giving a warning, or not reading the measured value if the calibration has expired. Can also be reduced.
In addition, the measurement data collection device of the present invention includes a frame to be worn on the user's head, instruction input means for inputting instructions to each means, and instructions for recognizing the contents of instructions input to the instruction input means Recognizing means, and providing the imaging means in the frame in such a direction that the scene in the direction of the field of view of the user wearing the frame is imaged, and each means for imaging according to the instruction content recognized by the instruction input means. You may comprise so that processing, such as a preservation | save of a measured value, may be performed. The instruction input unit is, for example, a sound collection unit, and is configured such that the user inputs an instruction by voice, and the instruction recognition unit recognizes the instruction content from the voice collected by the sound collection unit. With this configuration, since it is not necessary to use a hand for imaging or instruction input, the imaging means can be configured by directing the line of sight to the target measuring tool even if the user is in a state where both hands are blocked by the measurement operation. Can capture the target measuring tool as a subject, and can instruct imaging by voice or the like.
In addition, display means for displaying the measurement value read by the measurement value reading means on the scene in the direction of view of the user wearing the frame may be provided on the frame. By comprising in this way, even when an analog measuring tool is used, a measured value can be quickly visually recognized as a numerical value.
Further, each means provided in the frame and other means may be configured to be communicable wirelessly. As a result, an obstructing connection cable can be eliminated and the measurement location can be moved within a range where wireless communication is possible, so that work efficiency can be improved.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In the present specification and drawings, the same elements as those described above with reference to the previous drawings are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof will be omitted as appropriate.
[First Embodiment]
FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating a configuration example of a measurement
The
The measurement
FIG. 2 is an excerpt of a portion where the measurement result of the
Specifically, the integer part of the measured value is read by grasping where the leftmost 0 scale of the vernier scale indicates the full scale scale. That is, if the leftmost 0 scale of the main scale is 0th and the 0th scale of the vernier scale points between the nth scale and the n + 1th scale, the integer part of the measured value is n. Can be read. In the example of FIG. 2, the 0 scale of the vernier scale points between the 16th main scale and the 17th main scale, so that the integer part can be read as 16 mm. Moreover, the figure below the decimal point of a measured value is read per 0.05 mm by grasping | ascertaining what number scale the vernier scale with which a full scale scale and a vernier scale become a straight line makes 0 scale 0th. In the example of FIG. 2, since it is in a straight line at the third vernier scale, it can be read as 3 × 0.05 = 0.15 mm. From the above, the measured value can be read as 16.15 mm.
When reading the measurement value from the appearance image, the measurement value can be read by analyzing the image in the same manner. For example, first, an appearance image of the target measurement tool based on the position information of the scale of the main scale in the appearance of the measurement tool of the target measurement tool type prepared in advance or provided from others in the measurement
FIG. 3A is a diagram showing an appearance of a
Specifically, first, the measurement value is read in units of 0.5 mm depending on how many scales are exposed with the 0 scale on the leftmost side of the sleeve scale as 0th. In the example of FIG. 3B, since the 11th sleeve scale is exposed, it can be read as 11 × 0.5 = 5.5 mm. Further, depending on where the
When reading the measurement value from the appearance image, the measurement value can be read by analyzing the image in the same manner. For example, first, based on the position information of the 0 scale of the sleeve in the appearance of the measurement tool of the type of the target measurement tool, which is prepared in advance in the measurement
Since the
FIG. 4A is a diagram showing an appearance of a
Even if the appearance imaging by the
When there is only one type of target measurement tool, there is no need to specify the type of measurement tool or to specify the method of reading the measurement value according to the type, and therefore the measurement value reading means 102 is provided for the measurement tool of that type prepared in advance. Based on the measurement value reading method, the measurement value is read from the measurement result displayed in the appearance image.
On the other hand, when there are a plurality of types of target measurement tools, it is necessary to specify the type of the measurement tool and to specify the reading method of the measurement value according to the type. 103, a
The tool specifying
The
The reading

By configuring as described above, the type of the measurement tool can be specified from the appearance image, and the measurement value reading method according to the specified type can be selected, so that the measurement values can be read for a plurality of types of measurement tools. Is possible. Further, even when the number of types of measuring tools to be used increases, it is only necessary to add information on newly added measuring tools to the tool specifying information storage means 103 and the reading method storage means 105 without changing the overall configuration of the apparatus. Can respond.
The measurement value read by the measurement
Further, the tool specifying information storage means 103 further stores tool specifying information for each individual measuring tool, the tool specifying means 104 further specifies the target measuring tool individual, and the measurement specified by the
[Second Embodiment]
FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating a configuration example of the measurement
The
The
When the
The measurement value reading means 102, the tool specifying information storage means 103, the tool specifying means 104, the reading method storage means 105, and the reading method specifying means 106 are provided on the
[Third Embodiment]
FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating a configuration example of the measurement
The
The
The measurement value reading means 102, the tool specifying information storage means 103, the tool specifying means 104, the reading method storage means 105, and the reading method specifying means 106 are provided on the
[Fourth Embodiment]
FIG. 8 is a diagram illustrating a configuration example of the measurement
FIG. 9 shows a configuration example of a measurement
