Description
The present invention relates to an inspection support system and method for acquiring an indication value of a meter.
In general, a portable terminal is often used when recording indication values of various instruments because it is easy to carry. In addition, there is an advantage that the instruction value recorded in the portable terminal can be easily transmitted to another terminal or a management server by using the communication function of the portable terminal, and the data can be managed centrally. As a method of recording the indicator value of a meter with a portable terminal, a method in which an operator reads the indicator value of the meter with the eyes and inputs the indicator value with a numeric keypad or handwritten character recognition is common. In this case, it takes time to read and input the instruction value, and there is a problem that work efficiency is poor.
For example, in the inspection of the plant, the indicator values of the instruments provided in the respective devices are visually confirmed and recorded on a portable terminal, and the plant soundness is evaluated using these indicator values. However, since a large number of instruments are usually used in a plant, a great deal of labor and time is spent on the recording operation of the instruments.
In view of this, from the viewpoint of improving the efficiency of recording work, a technique has been proposed in which an indicator value of a meter can be automatically read using image recognition.
For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a method of recognizing a counting number based on data obtained by photographing counting numbers of a counting device with a camera and a character recognition dictionary in which data for recognizing characters and numbers is registered. ing.
Further, although not intended to acquire the indicated value of the instrument,
However, since the methods of
Therefore, if it is attempted to apply image recognition to an analog instrument, it is considered that the calculation load becomes larger than character recognition, and the processing time becomes longer.
At least one embodiment of the present invention has been devised in view of the above-described circumstances, can reduce the calculation load of image recognition processing, and can provide an examination support that can accurately obtain an instruction value even with an analog instrument. It is an object to provide a system and method.
An inspection support system according to at least one embodiment of the present invention is an inspection support system that acquires an indication value of an instrument, and a storage unit that stores a plurality of types and shape patterns of the instrument associated with each other, and A type specifying unit for specifying a type of a target instrument for which an instruction value is to be acquired; a pattern extracting unit for extracting the shape pattern corresponding to the type specified by the type specifying unit from the storage unit; and An image acquisition unit that acquires a captured image, an image recognition unit that recognizes the instruction value of the captured image using the shape pattern extracted by the pattern extraction unit, and the captured image acquired by the image acquisition unit And an image display unit that superimposes the instruction value recognized by the image recognition unit on a screen, and a finger that corrects the instruction value using the screen displayed on the image display unit. And a value correction unit.
In the inspection support system, a plurality of instrument types and shape patterns are linked and stored in the storage unit. When the instruction value of the target instrument is acquired, a shape pattern corresponding to the type of the instrument is extracted from the storage unit, and the instruction value of the captured image of the target instrument is image-recognized using this shape pattern. As a result, it is possible to acquire the indicated value not only for digital instruments but also for analog instruments. Since the shape pattern is used for image recognition, the accuracy of image recognition can be improved, the calculation load can be reduced, and the processing time can be shortened. Furthermore, since the instruction value is corrected in a state where the captured image and the instruction value are displayed in a superimposed manner, the correction can be easily performed, and the operability can be improved.
In one embodiment, the type specifying unit may specify the type of the instrument by reading instrument identification information for identifying the type of the target instrument assigned to the target instrument.
Note that the instrument identification information can be given to the target instrument by attaching a tag printed with a two-dimensional code such as ID, barcode, QR code (registered trademark) to the target instrument, or by attaching an IC tag to the target instrument. You may attach to. A tag having meter identification information may be embedded in the target meter.
In this way, the instrument type is specified simply by reading the instrument identification information given to the target instrument in advance, so there is no need to manually input the instrument type, improving operability and reducing work time. In addition, the type of instrument can be easily specified even when the type of instrument is not known.
In one embodiment, in the storage unit, the type of the target instrument and the past instruction value of the target instrument are stored in association with each other, the instruction value acquired by the instruction value correction unit, and the past You may further provide the comparison display part which compares the said instruction | indication value and displays on a screen.
In this way, past instruction values of the target instrument are accumulated in association with the type of the target instrument, and the instruction value acquired by the instruction value correction unit and the past instruction value are compared and displayed on the screen. Thus, it is possible to easily grasp whether or not the instruction value recognized by the image is within a normal range. For example, the indication value may become a value that cannot be assumed during normal operation due to instrument failure, image recognition error, or the like. Therefore, by comparing the image-recognized instruction value with the past instruction value at the normal time, it is possible to easily determine the abnormality of the image recognition result.
In one embodiment, when a part of the photographed image is missing, the missing part of the photographed image is interpolated using an image recognition result obtained by image recognition of the target instrument in the image recognition unit. An image interpolation unit may be further provided.
The image quality of the shot image is affected by the surrounding environment at the time of shooting. For example, if the image is backlit at the time of shooting, the shooting environment is dark, or the captured image is reflected, the brightness of the same instrument image may be different and a portion of the captured image may be lost. In such a case, it is possible to reliably acquire the instruction value by interpolating the missing portion of the captured image using the image recognition result.
In one embodiment, the image acquisition unit acquires a plurality of continuous captured images, and the median value of a plurality of instruction value candidates respectively recognized from the plurality of captured images by the image recognition unit is used as the instruction value. An instruction value selection unit may be further selected.
When the reading value of the instrument is pulsating, when a human reads the reading value, the median value can be recognized from the pulsation, but when reading the reading value using a photographed image, the moment when the reading is biased. There is a possibility of a photographed image, and the influence of pulsation cannot be taken into account. Therefore, the image acquisition unit acquires a plurality of continuous captured images, and selects the median value of a plurality of instruction value candidates obtained by recognizing each of these captured images as an instruction value, thereby reducing the influence of pulsation. It is possible to acquire an accurate instruction value in consideration.
In one embodiment, the target instrument is an analog instrument in which the instruction value is represented by a scale and a needle, and the image recognition unit recognizes an image captured by the analog instrument, and the instruction value correction unit The indication value may be corrected by adjusting the position of the needle represented by the image recognition result in a state where the photographed image and the image recognition result are superimposed and displayed.
As described above, in the case of an analog instrument, the instruction value is corrected by adjusting the position of the needle of the image recognition result in a state where the captured image and the image recognition result are superimposed and displayed. The correction amount of the value can be clearly grasped, and the instruction value can be corrected by a simple operation.
In one embodiment, the target instrument is a digital instrument in which the instruction value is represented by a numerical value, the image recognition unit recognizes an image captured by the digital instrument, and the instruction value correction unit performs the imaging. The instruction value may be corrected by changing a numerical value represented by the image recognition result in a state where the image and the image recognition result are superimposed and displayed.
As described above, in the case of a digital instrument, the instruction value is corrected by changing the numerical value of the image recognition result in a state where the captured image and the image recognition result are displayed in a superimposed manner. Can be corrected.
An inspection support method according to at least one embodiment of the present invention is an inspection support method for acquiring an instruction value of an instrument, and stores the type and shape pattern of the instrument in a storage unit in advance, A step of specifying the type of the target instrument for which the instruction value is to be acquired, a step of extracting the shape pattern corresponding to the type specified in the type specifying step from the storage unit, and a captured image of the target instrument Performing the step of recognizing the instruction value of the photographed image using the shape pattern extracted in the pattern extraction step, the photographed image obtained in the image obtaining step, and an image in the image recognition step. The instruction value is corrected using the screen displayed in the image display step and the step of superimposing the recognized instruction value on the screen. That and a step.
In the above inspection support method, the indication value of the photographed image of the target instrument is recognized using the shape pattern corresponding to the type of instrument, so the indication value can be obtained not only for digital instruments but also for analog instruments. It is possible to reduce the calculation load and the processing time. Furthermore, since the instruction value is corrected in a state where the captured image and the instruction value are displayed in a superimposed manner, the correction can be easily performed, and the operability can be improved.
According to at least one embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to reduce the calculation load of the image recognition process and shorten the processing time, and it is possible to reliably acquire an instruction value even with an analog instrument, regardless of the type of instrument. Any instrument can obtain the indicated value with high accuracy.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Next, an example of an examination support method using the examination support system 1 having the above configuration will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 3 is a flowchart showing the process of the inspection support method.
A plurality of shape patterns of the
First, meter identification information is read from the
Subsequently, using the shape pattern associated with the type of the
Then, the captured image and the image recognition result are displayed superimposed on the display screen 11 (S6).
Here, an example of the display screen will be described with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6. FIG. 5 is a display screen showing the captured image of the analog instrument and the image recognition result, and FIG. 6 is a display screen showing the captured image of the digital instrument and the image recognition result. In these drawings, a solid line represents a captured image, and a dotted line represents an image of an image recognition result.
As shown in FIG. 5, in the case of an analog instrument, the instrument outline, main scale (and auxiliary scale), numerical values, hands, etc. are recognized and superimposed on the photographed image. At this time, the operator confirms the reading result of the instruction value, and if it is different from the numerical value read by the worker from the photographed image, the instruction value is corrected (S7). For example, the instruction value is corrected by moving an arrow indicating the instruction value of the image recognition result in the direction a in the figure with a finger, a tap pen, a mouse, or the like. At this time, the instruction value may be displayed as a numerical value, and the numerical value may be changed according to the movement of the arrow. As described above, in the case of an analog instrument, the indication value is corrected by adjusting the position of the needle (arrow) of the image recognition result in a state where the captured image and the image recognition result are superimposed and displayed. In addition, the correction amount of the instruction value can be clearly grasped, and the instruction value can be corrected by a simple operation.
As shown in FIG. 6, in the case of a digital instrument, an instrument outline, a numerical display frame, a numerical value, and the like are image-recognized and superimposed on a captured image. As in the case of the analog instrument, the operator confirms the reading result of the instruction value. If the numerical value is different from the numerical value read by the worker from the photographed image, the instruction value is corrected (S7). For example, the numerical value of the image recognition result is displayed in a dial, and the numerical value is changed by moving the dial with a finger, a tap pen, a mouse or the like, and the indicated value is corrected. As a result, the instruction value can be corrected by a simple operation.
The above-described instruction value correction may be performed on the
According to the present embodiment, since the instruction value of the captured image of the
Further, the above-described embodiment may further include the following configuration.
FIG. 7 is a diagram for explaining image interpolation processing. As shown in FIG. 7A, when a part of the photographed image is missing, as shown in FIG. 7B, the photographed image is missing using the image recognition result obtained by image recognition of the
Further, past instruction values of the
