Abstract
Description
・上記金属材料部分において電界強度が高くなる箇所での放電
・金属材料部分に過電流が流れることによる金属材料の発熱・昇華
・RFIDタグの基材の発熱
等によってRFIDタグ又はRFIDタグが貼付された商品部分が発火するおそれがある。特に、コンビニエンスストアに設置されている電子レンジは3kW程度の大出力の電磁波が庫内に放射されるので、加熱開始直後にRFIDタグが一気に加熱されるので、条件が揃えば上記発火のおそれも高いといえる。
図1(A)は、第1の実施形態に係るRFIDタグ101の平面図であり、図1(B)はアンテナパターンの一部が切断された後の状態を示すRFIDタグ101の平面図である。また、図1(C)はループ状導体部の拡大平面図である。
第2の実施形態では、アンテナパターン及びループ状導体部の形状が第1の実施形態で示した例とは異なるRFIDタグについて示す。
第3の実施形態では、ループ状導体部を備えないRFIDタグの例について示す。
第4の実施形態では、アンテナパターンの3箇所以上に亘って放電補助電極が覆うRFIDタグの例について示す。
第5の実施形態では、第1の実施形態や第2の実施形態で示したRFIDタグが備えるループ状導体部とは構成が異なるループ状導体部について示す。

Claims (10)
- 通信信号を送受信するための無線通信デバイスであって、
基材と、
前記基材に形成されたアンテナパターンを含む導体パターンと、
前記アンテナパターンに、平面視で重なる、又は近接する位置に配置され、前記導体パターン上の異なる2点の対向部分における絶縁破壊電圧を低下させる放電補助電極と、
を備えた無線通信デバイス。 - 前記放電補助電極は、前記アンテナパターンが前記放電補助電極の近接位置で切断されることによって、前記アンテナパターンが前記通信信号より高電力の電磁波加熱用マイクロ波帯の周波数での共振が停止する箇所に形成された、
請求項1に記載の無線通信デバイス。 - 前記通信信号の周波数はUHF帯の周波数であり、前記電磁波加熱用マイクロ波帯の周波数は2.4GHz以上2.5GHz以下の周波数である、
請求項2に記載の無線通信デバイス。 - 前記放電補助電極は、前記通信信号より高電力の電磁波加熱用マイクロ波の照射を受ける状態で、前記アンテナパターンの各部間のうち、電界強度の高い箇所に形成された、
請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の無線通信デバイス。 - 前記放電補助電極は前記アンテナパターンの形成範囲の全体に亘って形成された、
