Description
図1は、本発明の実施形態1に係る圧力センサ1の断面図である。
本実施形態の圧力センサ1は、前述のように、たとえば内燃機関の吸気や排気等の被測定気体Aを測定するために用いられる。圧力センサ1は、外装ケース10に設けられた圧力導入管12が、吸気管や排気管に対してチューブやコネクタを介して接続され、外装ケース10に設けられたコネクタ部13がECUに接続された配線のコネクタ部13に接続される。吸気や排気等の被測定気体Aは、外装ケース10の圧力導入管12を介して外装ケース10の本体部11の圧力測定室C1に導入される。
図2は、本発明の実施形態2に係る圧力センサ1Aの断面図である。
図3は、本発明の実施形態3に係る圧力センサ1Bの断面図である。
図4は、本発明の実施形態4に係る圧力センサ1Cの断面図である。
Claims (6)
- 被測定気体が導入される圧力測定室と、該圧力測定室に臨むセンサチップと、該センサチップを支持する支持面を有するセンサ支持体と、前記センサチップを覆う保護材とを備えた圧力センサであって、
前記センサ支持体の前記支持面と反対側の背面を覆うカバーと、前記カバーと前記背面との間に画定され前記背面に臨む保温室と、該保温室と前記圧力測定室とを連通する気体通路と、を備えることを特徴とする圧力センサ。 - 前記気体通路は、前記センサ支持体に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力センサ。
- 前記センサ支持体を支持する外装ケースを備え、
前記気体通路は、前記外装ケースに設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力センサ。 - 前記被測定気体を導入する圧力導入管を備え、
前記圧力導入管は、前記圧力測定室に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力センサ。 - 前記センサチップは、ワイヤを介して出力端子に接続され、
前記保護材は、前記ワイヤを覆うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力センサ。 - 前記保護材の素材は、高分子材料であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧力センサ。
