Description
Claims (4)
- 入力軸の回転量を減速器とレゾルバにより検出する回転位置検出器用レゾルバにおいて、
中心部に固定軸を通す穴の開いた樹脂製歯車と、軟磁性体から成るとともに前記樹脂製歯車に接合されたロータコアと、を有するロータ部と、
前記固定軸と、前記ロータコアに対して軸方向に対向配置される励磁巻線及び検出巻線と、前記励磁巻線及び検出巻線を挟んで前記ロータコアの反対側に配置される軟磁性体金属から成るバックコアと、前記バックコア及び固定軸を支持する樹脂製ハウジングと、を有するステータ部と、
を備え、
前記励磁巻線及び検出巻線は、前記固定軸から一定距離離して前記固定軸の周囲に配置され、
前記バックコアは、固定軸に近接又は接合し、
前記樹脂製歯車は、中央がバックコアに接触するように突出した形状である、
ことを特徴とする回転位置検出用レゾルバ。 - 前記励磁巻線及び検出巻線は、同一のプリント基板上の導体パターンで形成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の回転位置検出器用レゾルバ。
- 前記ステータ部は、さらに、前記固定軸に挿入されて固定され、前記バックコアと協働して前記樹脂製歯車を回転可能に挟持する止め輪を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の回転位置検出器用レゾルバ
- 前記固定軸は、前記樹脂製ハウジングから前記ロータ側に延びており、
前記樹脂製歯車は、大径部と、大径部より小径で前記バックコア側に突出する突出部と、を有した段付き形状であり、
前記ロータコアは、前記大径部のうち前記バックコア側の端面に接合されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の回転位置検出用レゾルバ。
