Description
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1における電動パワーステアリング装置の回路構成を示す全体回路図である。図1における電動パワーステアリング装置は、制御ユニット1と、モータ2と、バッテリ6と、イグニッションスイッチ7と、センサ類8と、回転センサ9とを備える。
本発明の実施の形態2では、先の実施の形態1とは異なり、扁平状または板状に形成された断面矩形状の導体14d,14eをコア14cに巻回されて構成されるチョークコイル14bについて、図3を参照しながら説明する。図3は、本発明の実施の形態2におけるチョークコイル14bの構造を示す斜視図である。なお、本実施の形態2では、先の実施の形態1と同様である点の説明を省略し、先の実施の形態1と異なる点を中心に説明する。
本発明の実施の形態3では、先の実施の形態1、2のチョークコイル14bと比べて、形状の異なるチョークコイル14fについて、図4を参照しながら説明する。図4は、本発明の実施の形態3におけるチョークコイル14fの構造を示す断面図である。なお、本実施の形態3では、先の実施の形態1、2と同様である点の説明を省略し、先の実施の形態1、2と異なる点を中心に説明する。
本発明の実施の形態4では、先の実施の形態1とは異なり、フィルタ回路15を備えた電動パワーステアリング装置について、図5および図6を参照しながら説明する。図5は、本発明の実施の形態4における電動パワーステアリング装置の回路構成を示す全体回路図である。図6は、本発明の実施の形態4におけるチョークコイル15aの構造を示す斜視図である。なお、本実施の形態4では、先の実施の形態1〜3と同様である点の説明を省略し、先の実施の形態1〜3と異なる点を中心に説明する。

- 直流電源と、
モータと、
前記直流電源から出力された直流電力を交流電力に変換し、変換後の前記交流電力を前記モータに出力するインバータ回路と、
前記直流電源と前記インバータ回路との間に設けられ、チョークコイルを有するフィルタ回路と、
を備え、
前記チョークコイルは、
コアと、
互いに並列した状態で前記コアに巻回されている2本の導体を含む1組以上の導体組と、
を有し、
前記導体組に含まれる前記2本の導体の各導体の一方の先端は前記並列した状態から分離されて延出され、それぞれ前記直流電源側における電気的に同一な第1点と接続され、各導体の他方の先端は前記並列した状態から分離されて延出され、それぞれ前記インバータ回路側における電気的に同一な第2点と接続され、前記フィルタ回路で用いられる前記2本の導体が前記第1点と前記第2点との間で独立に接続されている
