Claims (4)
- 通電対象物である導電部材を内方で間隔を空けて囲う筒体に対して筒軸方向に沿うスリット状のギャップ部が形成されたコア主体を有し、前記導電部材に流れる電流に応じた磁束を発生させる磁気コア部材と、
前記ギャップ部における磁束密度に応じた信号を出力する磁気センサと、
前記コア主体を外方側から隙間を空けて囲うシールド主体を有し、前記シールド主体で前記シールド主体の内方と外方との間における磁気を遮蔽する磁気シールド部材と、
前記磁気コア部材と前記磁気センサと前記磁気シールド部材とを内包させるセンサ収容部材と、
を備え、
前記センサ収容部材は、前記磁気コア部材と前記磁気センサと前記磁気シールド部材とを収容する収容室と、前記磁気コア部材と前記磁気シールド部材とを互いに隙間を空けて保持する位置決め保持機構と、を有し、
前記位置決め保持機構は、前記収容室における前記磁気コア部材の相対的な位置を前記磁気コア部材の内方側から規制するコア位置規制部と、前記収容室における前記磁気シールド部材の相対的な位置を定めるべく、前記磁気シールド部材を前記磁気シールド部材の外方側から挟持するシールド保持部と、を備えることを特徴とした電流センサ。 - 前記位置決め保持機構は、前記収容室における前記磁気シールド部材の相対的な位置を前記シールド保持部の挟持方向に対する交差方向で規制するシールド位置規制部を備えることを特徴とした請求項1に記載の電流センサ。
- 前記磁気コア部材と前記磁気センサと前記磁気シールド部材の組み合わせは、複数の前記導電部材を有する交流回路にて前記導電部材毎に設けることを特徴とした請求項1又は2に記載の電流センサ。
- 前記磁気センサは、磁気検出素子としてのホール素子を有するホールICであることを特徴とした請求項1,2又は3に記載の電流センサ。
