Claims (5)
- 圧電体層と内部電極層とが交互に積層された積層体を有する積層型圧電素子と、主面を有する振動板とを備え、前記積層型圧電素子は積層方向が前記振動板の主面に沿って配置されており、前記積層型圧電素子の積層方向の両端部のみが接合材により前記振動板に接合されている音響発生器。
- 圧電体層と内部電極層とが交互に積層された積層体を有する積層型圧電素子と、主面を有する振動板とを備え、前記積層型圧電素子は積層方向が前記振動板の主面に沿って配置されており、前記積層型圧電素子は、両端部が第1の接合材により前記振動板に接合され、両端部以外の領域が第2の接合材により前記振動板に接合されており、前記第1の接合材と前記第2の接合材とで弾性率が異なっている音響発生器。
- 前記第2の接合材の弾性率よりも前記第1の接合材の弾性率のほうが大きい請求項2に記載の音響発生器。
- 前記積層型圧電素子は、前記振動板の主面に垂直な方向の厚みが、前記振動板の主面に平行な前記積層方向の長さおよび前記積層方向に垂直な方向の幅よりも薄い請求項1乃至請求項3のうちのいずれかに記載の音響発生器。
- 請求項1乃至請求項4のうちのいずれかに記載の音響発生器と、該音響発生器に接続された電子回路と、該電子回路および前記音響発生器を収容する筐体とを備えている電子機器。
