Description
Claims (7)
- 流体間の熱交換のためのプレート式熱交換器(100)であって、
スタートプレート、エンドプレート、及び多数の熱交換プレート(110)を含み、
前記熱交換プレートは、***部(120)と溝部(130)のプレスパターンが設けられ、
前記熱交換プレートは、前記プレートが互いに重ねられたときに、接点における隣接するプレート(110)の***部(120)と溝部(130)の間の接触によって、互いにある距離を置いて維持され、
前記熱交換プレート(110)のプレート長に沿って形成される前記接点を結ぶライン(CP)が曲線状となるように、前記***部(120)と前記溝部(130)のピッチを変化させたプレスパターンを有し、
前記プレスパターンは、前記熱交換プレート(110)の、前記プレート長における一方のポート開口部(140)付近から他方のポート開口部(140)付近まで、前記一方のポート開口部付近を最小のピッチとして前記他方のポート開口部付近に向かって前記プレート長にわたって増加させたピッチを有することを特徴とするプレート式熱交換器。 - 前記プレスパターンのピッチは、等差級数に従って増加する、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 流体間の熱交換のためのプレート式熱交換器(100)であって、
スタートプレート、エンドプレート、及び多数の熱交換プレート(110)を含み、
前記熱交換プレートは、***部(120)と溝部(130)のプレスパターンが設けられ、
前記熱交換プレートは、前記プレートが互いに重ねられたときに、接点における隣接するプレート(110)の***部(120)と溝部(130)の間の接触によって、互いにある距離を置いて維持され、
前記熱交換プレート(110)のプレート長に沿って形成される前記接点を結ぶライン(CP)が曲線状となるように、前記***部(120)と前記溝部(130)のピッチを変化させたプレスパターンを有し、
前記プレスパターンは、前記熱交換プレート(110)の、前記プレート長における一方のポート開口部(140)付近から他方のポート開口部(140)付近まで、前記一方のポート開口部付近を最小のピッチとして前記他方のポート開口部付近に向かって増加させたピッチを有する第1部分と、所定の一定のピッチを有する第2の部分とを含むことを特徴とするプレート式熱交換器。 - 前記***部(120)と溝部(130)は、より大きいピッチの部分で分離される、より小さいピッチを有する前記第1部分および前記第2部分によって定義されるグループで分配される、請求項3に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記***部(120)と溝部(130)は、ヘリンボーンパターンに配置される、請求項1〜4いずれかに記載の熱交換器。
- 前記***部(120)と溝部(130)は、曲線パターンに配置される、請求項1〜4いずれかに記載の熱交換器。
- 前記***部(120)と溝部(130)は、傾斜した直線のパターンに配置される、請求項1〜4いずれかに記載の熱交換器。
