Description
Claims (15)
- 少なくとも2つの固締要素(16)及び少なくとも1つの接続要素(26)を含む脊柱安定化システム(10)のための外科用固締要素(16)であって、
前記外科用固締要素(16)が、固締区域(20)と、接続要素受け(24)を備えた保持区域(22)と、前記接続要素(26)を前記接続要素受け(24)内で固定するための、前記保持区域(22)上に固定可能な固定要素(42;42’)とを含む外科用固締要素において、
前記固定要素(42;42’)が、前記接続要素(26)を前記接続要素受け(24)内で押下するための押下要素(46;46’)を担持すること、
前記固定要素(42;42’)が、遠位固定要素区域(62;62’)と近位固定要素区域(64;64’)を分離する所定の折断点(54;54’)を有すること、及び
前記押下要素(46;46’)の少なくとも一部分が、前記近位固定要素区域(64;64’)上に配置されること、
を特徴とする外科用固締要素。 - 請求項1に記載の外科用固締要素であって、前記固定要素(42;42’)が、スリーブ形の又は略スリーブ形の構成を有すると共に、前記固定要素(42;42’)の長手方向軸(70;70’)を同軸に包囲する固定要素壁(76)を有すること、及び/又は、前記固定要素(42;42’)が、前記押下要素(46;46’)のために遠位方向で作用する止め(98;98’)を含むこと、を特徴とする外科用固締要素。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の外科用固締要素であって、
前記固定要素(42;42’)が、固定スクリュー(44;44’)の形態に構成され、前記固定スクリュー(44;44’)が、該固定スクリュー(44;44’)の遠位端から出発して近位方向に延びる雄ねじ(52;52’)を含むこと、及び
前記雄ねじ(52;52’)が、前記保持区域(22)上に形成された雌ねじ(34)に対応するように構成されること、
を特徴とする外科用固締要素。 - 請求項2又は3に記載の外科用固締要素であって、前記固定要素(42;42’)が、前記止め(98;98’)を形成する又は含むヘッド(48;48’)を含むこと、を特徴とする外科用固締要素。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の外科用固締要素であって、前記押下要素(46;46’)が、前記固定要素(42;42’)上に回転可能に装着されること、及び/又は、前記押下要素(46;46’)が、軸方向において不動又は略不動であるように前記固定要素(42;42’)上に保持されること、及び/又は、前記押下要素(46;46’)が、スリーブ形の又は略スリーブ形の構成を有すること、及び/又は、前記押下要素(46;46’)が、長手方向軸(70;70’)に関して直径方向に対向する2つの凹部(103;103’)を含むこと、を特徴とする外科用固締要素。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の外科用固締要素であって、前記押下要素(46;46’)が、遠位方向に突き出ると共に直径方向に対向する2つの押下突起(100;100’)を担持する保持リング(94;94’)を含むこと、を特徴とする外科用固締要素。
- 請求項6に記載の外科用固締要素であって、前記保持リング(94;94’)が、前記押下要素(46;46’)の近位端を形成すること、を特徴とする外科用固締要素。
- 請求項6又は7に記載の外科用固締要素であって、前記押下要素(46;46’)が前記固定要素(42;42’)に連結される接続位置において、前記保持リング(94;94’)の近位端が、前記止め(98;98’)に寄りかかること、及び/又は、前記保持リング(94;94’)の外径が、前記ヘッド(48;48’)の外径に対応する又はほぼ対応すること、を特徴とする外科用固締要素。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の外科用固締要素であって、前記固定要素(42;42’)と前記押下要素(46;46’)を接続位置において解放可能に接続するためのロック接続部(122;122’)を特徴とする外科用固締要素。
- 請求項3〜9のいずれか1項に記載の外科用固締要素であって、前記遠位固定要素区域(62;62’)が、近位方向を向いて開放している遠位工具要素受け(82;82’)を含むこと、を特徴とする外科用固締要素。
- 請求項3〜10のいずれか1項に記載の外科用固締要素であって、前記近位固定要素区域(64;64’)が、近位方向を向いて開放している近位工具要素受け(72;72’)を含むこと、を特徴とする外科用固締要素。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の外科用固締要素であって、前記固定要素(42;42’)の遠位端が閉じていること、を特徴とする外科用固締要素。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の外科用固締要素であって、前記固定要素(42;42’)が一体の構成を有すること、及び/又は、前記押下要素(46;46’)が一体の構成を有すること、及び/又は、前記固定要素(42;42’)と前記押下要素(46;46’)が異なる材料から形成されること、を特徴とする外科用固締要素。
- 少なくとも2つの外科用固締要素(16)及び少なくとも1つの接続要素(26)を含む脊柱安定化システム(10)であって、
前記少なくとも2つの外科用固締要素(16)のうちの少なくとも1つが、固締区域(20)と、接続要素受け(24)を備えた保持区域(22)と、前記接続要素(26)を前記接続要素受け(24)内で固定するための、前記保持区域(22)上に固定可能な固定要素(42)とを含む脊柱安定化システムにおいて、
前記固定要素(42;42’)が、前記接続要素(26)を前記接続要素受け(24)内で押下するための押下要素(46;46’)を担持すること、
前記固定要素(42;42’)が、遠位固定要素区域(62;62’)と近位固定要素区域(64;64’)を分離する所定の折断点(54;54’)を有すること、及び
前記押下要素(46;46’)の少なくとも一部分が、前記近位固定要素区域(64;64’)上に配置されること、
を特徴とする脊柱安定化システム。 - 請求項14に記載の脊柱安定化システムであって、該脊柱安定化システムが内側スリーブ(126;126’)を含み、該内側スリーブ(126;126’)が、前記保持区域(22)に一時的に連結されるように適合されていると共に、前記固定要素(42;42’)の雄ねじ(52;52’)に対応する雌ねじ(134;134’)を有すること、を特徴とする脊柱安定化システム。
