Description
Claims (16)
- 骨固定装置と、脊椎手術において骨固定装置とともに使用される器具とのシステムであって、
前記骨固定装置(1)は、骨固定区域(2)および受け部(5)を含み、前記受け部(5)は、前記骨固定区域に隣接する底端部(5a)と、前記底端部(5a)と反対側にある上端部(5b)と、ロッド(100)を収容するためのチャネル(52)とを有し、前記チャネル(52)は、前記ロッドを支持するための底部を有し、前記器具は、
前記受け部(5)を保持するように構成された保持部材(10,10′,10″)を含み、
前記保持部材(10,10′,10″)は、第1のアーム(12a)および第2のアーム(12b)を含み、前記第1のアーム(12a)および前記第2のアーム(12b)は、前記受け部(5)を前記第1のアーム(12a)と前記第2のアーム(12b)との間に挿入することができる開位置と、前記受け部(5)が前記第1のアーム(12a)と前記第2のアーム(12b)との間に保持される閉位置との間で、互いに相対的に移動可能であり、前記器具はさらに、
前記ロッド接触部材(20)は、前記第1のアーム(12a)および前記第2のアーム(12b)の前記閉位置において、前記ロッド接触部材を前進させて前記チャネルの前記底部に向かって前記ロッドを移動させることができるように、前記第1のアーム(12a)と前記第2のアーム(12b)との間で移動可能であり、
前記保持部材(10)は、前記底端部(5a)において前記受け部(5)に係合するように適合された係合部分(14)を各前記アーム(12a,12b)に備え、
前記受け部(5″)は、前記保持部材(10′,10″)の前記係合部(14)において相補形の係合構造(140a,50a,140c,50c)と協働するように構成された溝(50c)または突起(50a)などの係合構造を前記底端部(5a)に備える、システム。 - 前記係合部分(14)は、互いから距離を空けて配置される下方突出部(14a)および上方突出部(14b)を含み、前記距離は、前記係合部分(14)が前記底端部(5a)および前記上端部(5b)において前記受け部(5,5′,5″)に係合するように、前記受け部(5,5′,5″)の前記底端部(5a)と前記上端部(5b)との間の距離に一致している、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のアーム(12a)および前記第2のアーム(12b)は各々、第1の端部(10a)および第2の端部(10b)を有し、前記アーム(12a,12b)は、前記第2の端部(10b)同士を互いに向かって移動させることによって前記第1の端部(10a)同士を互いから遠ざかるように移動させるように、プライヤーのような態様で、前記第1の端部(10a)と前記第2の端部(10b)との間の位置において互いに接続される、請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のアーム(12a)および前記第2のアーム(12b)がばね部分(13)によって接続される、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記閉位置において、前記アーム(12a,12b)が実質的に平行である、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記保持部材(10,10′,10″)は一体構造部品である、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記ロッド接触部材(20)を作動させるための作動部材(30)をさらに含み、前記作動部材(30)は、前記保持部材(10,10′,10″)に接続可能であり、前記ロッド接触部材(20)に接続可能である、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記作動部材(30)は、前記保持部材に接続されると、前記ロッド接触部材(20)が前記作動部材(30)に保持され、該作動部材(30)は前記閉位置において前記アーム(12a,12b)を保持する、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のアーム(12a)および前記第2のアーム(12b)は、外面部分上に外部前進構造(15)を含み、前記作動部材(30)は内部前進構造(31)を含み、前記内部前進構造(31)は、前記作動部材(30)を回転させることによって前記作動部材(30)が前記アーム(12a,12b)に沿ってずらされるように前記外部前進構造(15)と協働し、前記前進構造は好ましくはねじ山である、請求項7または8に記載のシステム。
- 前記ロッド接触部材(20)は、前記作動部材(30)を回転させたときに、前記ロッド接触部材(20)が前記アーム(12a,12b)に対してずらされるように、前記作動部材(30)に回転可能に接続可能である、請求項7から9のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記ロッド接触部材(20)と前記作動部材(30)との間の接続はスナップ接続である、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記ロッド接触部材(20)は、スロット付きスリーブであって、前記ロッド接触部材(20)の第1の端部(20a)はロッド接触面(25)を含む、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記器具は、前記受け部において前記ロッドをロックするためのロック要素(7)を通過させるための長手方向の経路を含む、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記係合構造および前記双方的係合構造が環状形状を有する、請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記係合構造および前記相補形係合構造が丸みをおびた形状を有する請求項1から14のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記係合構造が前記相補形の係合構造に嵌り込む形状を有し、前記第1のアーム(12a)および前記第2のアーム(12b)が、前記第1のアーム(12a)と前記第2のアーム(12b)との間に前記受け部(5)を挿入することができる前記開位置から、前記第1のアーム(12a)と前記第2のアーム(12b)との間に前記受け部(5)が保持される前記閉位置に、互いに対して移動する、請求項1から15のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
