Claims (4)
- 弁本体の内部に設けられるとともに弁口を有する弁室と、前記弁口に対して先端のニードル部が挿入される、中間部が円柱状又はテーパ円柱状に形成された棒状のニードル弁と、
前記ニードル弁の前記中間部を挿通させてガイドするガイド孔と、
前記ニードル弁を進退駆動する駆動部と、を備え、
前記ガイド孔が、前記弁本体の一部に設けられた本体ガイド孔と、前記駆動部の一部に形成された駆動部ガイド孔と、で構成された電動弁であって、
前記弁口と前記ニードル弁の前記ニードル部とのクリアランスよりも、前記本体ガイド孔の内径と前記ニードル弁の前記中間部の外径との最小差であるクリアランス、及び前記駆動部ガイド孔の内径と前記中間部の外径との最小差であるクリアランス、の双方が大きく設定されている
ことを特徴とする電動弁。 - 前記本体ガイド孔と前記ニードル弁の前記中間部とのクリアランスよりも前記駆動部ガイド孔と前記ニードル弁の前記中間部とのクリアランスが大きく設定されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動弁。 - 前記駆動部ガイド孔と前記ニードル弁の前記中間部とのクリアランスよりも前記本体ガイド孔と前記ニードル弁の前記中間部とのクリアランスが大きく設定されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動弁。 - 前記ニードル弁の前記ニードル部は、前記中間部側の端部に前記弁口とのクリアランスを最少にするストレート部を備えている
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の電動弁。
