Claims (10)
- 第1コアと、この第1コアを取り囲む第2コアとを含み、前記第2コアの屈折率が前記第1コアの屈折率より大きく、前記第1コアのF濃度が600ppm以上15000ppm以下であり、前記第2コアのハロゲン濃度の平均値が5000ppm以上20000ppm以下であり、屈折率を増加させる金属ドーパントを実質的に含まないシリカガラスからなるコアと、
前記第2コアを取り囲み、前記第1コアの屈折率より小さい屈折率を有し、屈折率を増加させる金属ドーパントを実質的に含まないシリカガラスからなるクラッドと、
を備え、
前記第2コアの比屈折率差が純シリカガラスの屈折率を基準として−0.05%以上+0.05%以下である、
光ファイバ。 - 前記第2コアのF濃度が500ppm以上10000ppm以下である、
請求項1に記載の光ファイバ。 - 前記第2コアのCl濃度が4500ppm以上15000ppm以下である、
請求項1または2に記載の光ファイバ。 - 前記第2コアにおいてCl濃度がF濃度より高い、
請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の光ファイバ。 - 前記第1コアのF濃度が5000ppm以上である、
請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の光ファイバ。 - 前記第1コアのF濃度が10000ppm以下である、
請求項5に記載の光ファイバ。 - 前記第1コアのCl濃度が10ppm以上1000ppm以下である、
請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の光ファイバ。 - 前記第1コアと前記第2コアとの比屈折率差が0.05%以上0.15%以下である、
請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載の光ファイバ。 - 前記第2コアのハロゲン濃度H2と前記第1コアのハロゲン濃度H1との比H2/H1が1以上2以下である、
請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の光ファイバ。 - 前記コアがアルカリ金属元素およびアルカリ土類金属元素の双方または何れか一方を含む、
請求項1〜9の何れか1項に記載の光ファイバ。
