Claims (10)
- ケーブルコネクタであって、
各々が、絶縁シース、該絶縁シースの内側の遮蔽層、及び少なくとも1本の導電性ワイヤを備えた、第1及び第2のケーブルと、
金属シェルを備えたコネクタであって、前記金属シェルが、前記第1及び第2のケーブルを装着するケーブル受容部を備え、前記第1及び第2のケーブルが前記コネクタ内に挿入されて、該コネクタと前記第1のケーブルの導電性ワイヤとが電気的に接続されるとともに前記コネクタと前記第2のケーブルの導電性ワイヤとが電気的に接続されることを可能にする、コネクタと、を備え、
前記第1のケーブルの遮蔽層及び前記第2のケーブルの遮蔽層が、前記第1及び第2のケーブルの各々の端部で前記絶縁シースの外に露出し、第1の導電性エラストマーが、露出した前記第1のケーブルの遮蔽層上に外装され、第2の導電性エラストマーが、露出した前記第2のケーブルの遮蔽層上に外装され、前記第1及び第2の導電性エラストマーは互いに接触し、前記ケーブル受容部が前記第1及び第2のケーブルを圧搾するとき、前記導電性エラストマーが、変形され、前記ケーブル受容部と前記第1及び第2のケーブルとの間の間隙の大部分を充填する、ケーブルコネクタ。 - 前記第1のケーブルの端部にある露出した遮蔽層が、該遮蔽層を前記絶縁シースの外面の上に外向きに折り返すことにより形成された外向き折り返し遮蔽層であり、前記第1の導電性エラストマーが、前記外向き折り返し遮蔽層の上に外装されている、請求項1に記載のケーブルコネクタ。
- 可撓性導電性テープが、前記第1及び第2の導電性エラストマーの外周の周囲に巻かれている、請求項1に記載のケーブルコネクタ。
- 前記第1及び第2のケーブルが、ケーブル束として統合され、前記可撓性導電性テープが、前記ケーブル束の導電性エラストマーの外周の周囲に巻かれている、請求項3に記載のケーブルコネクタ。
- 4本のケーブルが、ケーブル束として統合され、前記可撓性導電性テープが、前記ケーブル束の導電性エラストマーの外周の周囲に巻かれている、請求項3に記載のケーブルコネクタ。
- 前記導電性エラストマーが、導電性発泡体である、請求項1に記載のケーブルコネクタ。
- 前記可撓性導電性テープが、導電性布である、請求項3に記載のケーブルコネクタ。
- 前記導電性布が、導電性繊維布又は導電性不織布である、請求項7に記載のケーブルコネクタ。
- 前記金属シェルが、上部シェル及び下部シェルを有する、請求項1に記載のケーブルコネクタ。
- 前記上部シェル及び前記下部シェルがそれぞれ、内部に曲線形状を有する対応する受容半部を有し、前記上部シェル及び前記下部シェルが組み立てられた後に、前記受容半部が、前記第1及び第2のケーブルを締め付ける前記ケーブル受容部を内部に形成する、請求項9に記載のケーブルコネクタ。
