Description
本発明は、2015年9月30日に出願された「無線電力伝達のための充電アセンブリ(Charging Assembly for Wireless Power Transfer)」という名称の米国特許出願第14/871,890号に対する優先権の利益を主張するものであり、この特許出願の開示は、その全体が引用により本明細書に組み入れられる。
Claims (20)
- 無線充電アセンブリであって、
充電面を含むハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に配置されたフェリ磁性スリーブと、
を備え、前記フェリ磁性スリーブは、対向する第1及び第2の面と、前記フェリ磁性スリーブを貫いて前記第1の面から前記第2の面に延びる中心開口部と、前記中心開口部を取り囲んで前記第1の面に開口する凹部とを含み、前記無線充電アセンブリは、
前記充電面と前記フェリ磁性スリーブの前記第2の面との間の前記凹部内に配置され、前記充電面全体にわたって無線で電力を伝達するように構成された誘導コイルと、
空洞部分を定めるプリント基板(PCB)と、
前記中心開口部内に配置されたケーシング及び前記PCBの前記空洞部分によって取り囲まれた磁石をさらに備え、
前記ケーシングは前記フェリ磁性スリーブの前記第2の面に接触し、前記ケーシングと前記フェリ磁性スリーブの前記第2の面との間の相互作用により、前記磁石の動きが前記中心開口部を貫いて前記充電面へ向かうことを防止する、
ことを特徴とする無線充電アセンブリ。 - 前記ハウジングの前記充電面と前記誘導コイルとの間に配置された電磁シールドをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の無線充電アセンブリ。
- 前記ハウジングは、ねじ又はボルトを受け取るように構成されたねじ穴を各々が含む複数の突出部をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の無線充電アセンブリ。
- 前記ハウジングは、ハウジングコンポーネントに結合されたキャップ構造を含み、前記ハウジングコンポーネントは、外面と、該外面とリップ部との間に延びる側壁とを含み、前記ハウジングの前記リップ部は、前記側壁から外向きに広がって前記キャップ構造に結合する、請求項1に記載の無線充電アセンブリ。
- 前記フェリ磁性スリーブは、前記PCBと前記充電面との間に配置される、請求項1に記載の無線充電アセンブリ。
- 前記PCBは、前記誘導コイルからのワイヤを受け取るように構成された1又は2以上の接点パッドを含む、請求項5に記載の無線充電アセンブリ。
- 前記フェリ磁性スリーブの切り欠き部分に配置され、前記誘導コイルからの前記ワイヤを前記1又は2以上の接点パッドに導くように構成されたガイド要素をさらに備える、請求項6に記載の無線充電アセンブリ。
- 前記PCBに取り付けられ、前記PCBの表面から前記ハウジングの外面によって定められるアパーチャを貫いて延び、前記誘導コイルに電気的に結合されたコネクタをさらに備える、請求項5の何れか1項に記載の無線充電アセンブリ。
- 前記充電面は、凹部の形状を有する、請求項5に記載の無線充電アセンブリ。
- 前記ケーシングは前記磁石を前記PCB及び前記フェリ磁性スリーブの両方から物理的及び電気的に分離させる、請求項9に記載の無線充電アセンブリ。
- 無線充電アセンブリであって、
ハウジング外面と側壁とを含むハウジングを備え、前記側壁は、前記ハウジング外面と、前記側壁から前記ハウジングの周囲に沿って外向きに広がるリップ部との間に延び、前記無線充電アセンブリは、
充電面と、前記リップ部において前記ハウジングに結合された、前記充電面の反対側の内向き面とを有するキャップ構造と、
前記ハウジング内に配置されたフェリ磁性スリーブと、
をさらに備え、前記フェリ磁性スリーブは、対向する第1及び第2の面と、前記フェリ磁性スリーブを貫いて前記第1の面から前記第2の面に延びる中心開口部と、前記中心開口部を取り囲んで前記第1の面に開口する凹部とを含み、
前記内向き面と前記フェリ磁性スリーブの前記第2の面との間の前記凹部内に配置され、前記充電面全体にわたって無線で電力を伝達するように構成された誘導コイルと、
前記フェリ磁性スリーブの前記第2の面と、前記ハウジング外面との間の前記ハウジング内に配置されたプリント基板(PCB)と、
前記フェリ磁性スリーブの前記中心開口部と、前記PCBの空洞部分の両方内に配置されたケーシング内の磁石であって、前記ケーシングの周辺部は、前記フェリ磁性スリーブの前記第2の面と相互作用して、前記磁石の動きが前記キャップ構造の前記内向き面に近づくことを防止する、
ことを特徴とする無線充電アセンブリ。 - 前記ハウジングの前記充電面と前記誘導コイルとの間に配置された電磁シールドをさらに備える、請求項11に記載の無線充電アセンブリ。
- 前記ハウジング外面は、ねじ又はボルトを受け取るように構成されたねじ穴を各々が含む複数の突出部をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の無線充電アセンブリ。
- 前記キャップ構造と前記ハウジングとの間に配置された接着材料をさらに備える、請求項11に記載の無線充電アセンブリ。
- 前記無線充電アセンブリは、実質的に液体不浸透性を有する、請求項11に記載の無線充電アセンブリ。
- 前記PCBは、前記誘導コイルからのワイヤを受け取るように構成された1又は2以上の接点パッドを含む、請求項11に記載の無線充電アセンブリ。
- 前記フェリ磁性スリーブの切り欠き部分に配置され、前記誘導コイルからの前記ワイヤを前記1又は2以上の接点パッドに導くように構成されたガイド要素をさらに備える、請求項16に記載の無線充電アセンブリ。
- 前記PCBは、無線充電回路素子を含む、請求項11に記載の無線充電アセンブリ。
- 前記充電面は、凹部の形状を有する、請求項11に記載の無線充電アセンブリ。
- 前記ケーシングは前記磁石を前記PCB及び前記フェリ磁性スリーブの両方から物理的及び電気的に分離させる、請求項11に記載の無線充電アセンブリ。
