Description

(i)抗原結合ドメイン;
(ii)スペーサー;
(A AND B AND C)発動するT細胞を作製することが可能である。 (A OR B)AND C:ここで、抗原AおよびBを認識するCARは、活性型であり、共局在するスペーサーを有し、抗原Cを認識するCARは阻害性であり、異なる共分離をもたらすスペーサーを有する。 (A AND NOT B)AND C:ここで、抗原Aに対するCARは、活性化エンドドメインを有し、条件的阻害性エンドドメインを有する抗原Bに対するCARと共局在する。
