Description
図1〜図3に示されるように、本発明の実施形態に係る折り曲げ式熱交換器100は、第一集流管1と、第二集流管2と、フラットパイプ3と、フィン4とを備える。
第一集流管1と第二集流管2とは、互いに間隔をあけて設置され、例えば図1に示されるように、第一集流管1と第二集流管2とが、縦方向に(図4の矢印Aに示すように)間隔をあけて設置され、第一集流管1と第二集流管2とが、互いにそれぞれ対応する折り曲げセクションを有する。

Claims (10)
- 第一集流管と、第二集流管と、フラットパイプと、フィンとを備え、
前記第一集流管と前記第二集流管とが、互いに間隔をあけて設置され、且つ互いにそれぞれ対応する折り曲げセクションを有し、
前記フラットパイプの両端が、それぞれ前記第一集流管と前記第二集流管とに接続され、
前記フィンが、隣接する前記フラットパイプの間に設けられ、前記フィンの横方向における幅が前記フラットパイプの幅以下であり、前記フィンが縦方向に沿って略波形状に延び、且つ本体セクション及び接続セクションを有し、前記本体セクションと前記接続セクションとが順次に接続されることにより、前記接続セクションが山及び谷を構成し、前記フィンが横方向に沿って、第一端部と、第二端部と、前記第一端部と前記第二端部との間に位置する中間部とを備え、
前記中間部における山及び谷を構成する前記接続セクションが前記フラットパイプに接続され、且つ前記折り曲げセクションにおいて、前記第一端部及び前記第二端部のうち少なくとも一つの端部における山及び/または谷を構成する前記接続セクションと前記フラットパイプとの間に隙間が存在し、
前記折り曲げセクションにおいて、前記少なくとも一つの端部における山を構成する前記接続セクションは、縦方向の切り口により、前記中間部における山を構成する前記接続セクションから分離され、且つ横方向の切り口により、第一接続部と第二接続部とに分離され、
前記第一接続部及び前記第二接続部が、前記少なくとも一つの端部の前記本体セクションに対して折り曲げられる折り曲げ式熱交換器。 - 前記折り曲げセクションにおいて、前記少なくとも一つの端部における山を構成する前記接続セクションは、除去される、または前記少なくとも一つの端部の前記本体セクションに向かって凹む請求項1に記載の折り曲げ式熱交換器。
- 前記折り曲げセクションにおいて、前記少なくとも一つの端部における谷を構成する前記接続セクションは、除去される、または前記少なくとも一つの端部を構成する前記本体セクションに向かって凹む請求項1または請求項2に記載の折り曲げ式熱交換器。
- 前記折り曲げセクションにおいて、前記少なくとも一つの端部における谷を構成する前記接続セクションは、縦方向の切り口により、前記中間部における谷を構成する前記接続セクションから分離され、且つ横方向の切り口により、第一接続部と第二接続部とに分離され、
前記第一接続部及び前記第二接続部が、前記少なくとも一つの端部の前記本体セクションに対して折り曲げられる請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の折り曲げ式熱交換器。 - 前記折り曲げセクションにおいて、前記フィンの前記第一端部が山側及び谷側において、いずれも前記フィンとの間に隙間が存在する請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載の折り曲げ式熱交換器。
- 前記折り曲げセクションにおいて、前記フィンの前記第二端部が山側及び谷側において、前記フィンとの間に隙間が存在する請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の折り曲げ式熱交換器。
- 折り曲げ式熱交換器に使用されるフィンであって、
該フィンは、縦方向に沿って、略波形状に延び、且つ本体セクションと接続セクションとを有し、前記本体セクションと前記接続セクションとが順次に接続されることにより、
前記接続セクションが山と谷とを構成し、前記フィンが横方向に沿って、第一端部と、第二端部と、前記第一端部と前記第二端部との間に位置する中間部とを備え、
前記折り曲げ式熱交換器の折り曲げセクションにおいて、前記フィンの前記第一端部には、山側及び谷側において、いずれもノッチが形成され、前記フィンの前記第二端部には、山側及び谷側において、いずれも前記ノッチが形成されるフィン。 - 前記ノッチが以下の形態の一つにより形成され、
前記折り曲げセクションにおいて、前記第一端部及び前記第二端部のうちの少なくとも一つの端部における山及び/または谷を構成する前記接続セクションは、除去される、または前記少なくとも一つの端部の前記本体セクションに向かって凹む、または縦方向の切り口により、前記中間部における山及び/または谷を構成する前記接続セクションから分離され、横方向の切り口により、第一接続部と第二接続部とに分離され、且つ前記第一接続部及び前記第二接続部が、前記少なくとも一つの端部の前記本体セクションに対して折り曲げられる請求項7に記載のフィン。 - 前記第一端部の幅a1と、前記第二端部の幅a2と、前記中間部の幅Vとが、0<a1≦1.5V、0<a2≦1.5Vの関係式を満たす請求項7または請求項8に記載のフィン。
- 前記フィンの材料の厚みdと、前記フィンの高さHと、山側の前記ノッチの高さh1と、谷側の前記ノッチの高さh2とが、d≦h1≦0.35H、d≦h2≦0.35Hの関係式を満たす請求項7から請求項9のいずれかに記載のフィン。
