Description
The present invention relates to precast bridge members with precast wall columns.
In the case of a bridge, wall columns are usually provided at both ends in the bridge width direction (the direction perpendicular to the bridge axis) of the floor slab. The wall column is generally constructed by cast-in-place construction after floor plate construction. On the other hand, for the purpose of shortening construction period etc., the wall column will be made in advance with precast concrete, and after floor construction, the precast wall column will be arranged on the floor and concrete will be cast at the connecting part with the floor The attachment structure or attachment method (for example,
However, all of the above-mentioned conventional techniques require that the precast box members be carried onto the floor plate after the floor plate construction, and the box members be connected to the floor plate by the respective coupling methods, and the transport and carrying-in operation is complicated. In addition, when joining the column members to the floor slab, it is difficult to position, and it is necessary to work outside the column or below the floor plate, that is, work scaffolding is required, etc. The joining operation of the members is also complicated.
In view of such background, the present invention has an object to provide a precast bridge member which is easy to carry and carry in and to be easily joined to a floor plate of a precast wall column.
In order to solve such a subject, the present invention is a precast bridge member (10), and the precast floor slab member (11) and the precast joined to the end of the bridge width direction of the said precast floor slab member A folding position extending along the precast deck member above the precast deck member, and a vertical position along the vertical direction; The precast floor slab member is hinged to the precast floor slab member so as to be in a deployed position opposite to the side end of the precast floor slab member.
According to this configuration, since the precast wall column member is hinged to the precast floor plate member, it is possible to transport and carry in (bridge) the precast floor plate member and the precast wall column member together. is there. In addition, since the precast wall column members can be folded, it is possible to stack a plurality of precast bridge members and load them on a transport vehicle, which facilitates transport and carry-in operations. Furthermore, since the precast wall column member can be in the deployed position, positioning of the precast wall column member with respect to the precast floor slab member is easy, and the joining operation is facilitated.
Further, according to the present invention, in the above configuration, the precast wall column member (12) is formed by integrally forming the wall column (2) and the end portion (1b) of the floor slab (1), A filling material filling groove (42) opened upward is formed between the precast floor slab member (11) and the precast wall thickness filling member when the balustrade member is in the deployed position, and the filling material filling groove (42) is formed. The bottom wall (22, 32) which forms the bottom face of) may be integrally formed on at least one of the precast floor slab member (11) and the precast wall cross section member.
According to this configuration, since the bottom wall forms the bottom of the filler filled groove and the filler filled groove opens upward, there is no need to separately provide a filling form, and the filling operation is easy. In addition, it is possible to perform the laying operation in the filling material filling groove and the filling work to the filling material filling groove on the floor slab. Therefore, the joining operation of the precast wall panel is easier.
Further, according to the present invention, in the above configuration, the precast wall box member (12) has a shape obtained by cutting a lower portion of the wall box (2), and the precast wall box member is in the deployed position. A filling material filling groove (72) opened inward in the bridge width direction is formed between the precast floor slab member (11) and the precast wall column member, and the bottom surface of the filling material filling groove (72) is formed. The bottom wall (62) may be integrally formed on at least one of the precast floor slab member (11) and the precast wall cross member.
According to this configuration, the bottom wall forms the bottom of the filler-filled groove, and the filler-filled groove opens inward in the bridge width direction, so an inner mold for filling is required but the outer mold is There is no need to provide it separately. In addition, on the floor plate, it is possible to perform a formwork assembly operation, a layout operation in the filler filling groove, and a filling operation in the filler filling groove. Therefore, the joining operation of the precast wall panel is easier. Furthermore, the height dimension of the precast bridge member can be reduced when the precast wall post member is in the folded position.
Further, according to the present invention, in the above-mentioned configuration, a hinge connecting member (13) for connecting the precast floor slab member (11) and the precast wall box member (12) is in the deployed position. At a certain time, it may be arranged inside the filler filled groove (42, 72).
According to this configuration, the filler can be filled into the filler-filled groove while the precast floor slab member and the precast wall column member are hinged to each other. Therefore, there is no need to carry out the operation of removing the hinge coupling member or the operation of fixing the precast wall column member at the hinge coupling portion, and the joining operation is easy.
Further, according to the present invention, in the above-mentioned configuration, a first hinge member (25) in which the hinge coupling member (13) is integrally provided on the precast floor slab member (11), and the precast wall box member (12) A second hinge member (35) provided integrally with the first and second hinge members, and a shaft member (37) inserted into a hole provided in the first and second hinge members, and one of the first and second hinge members It is preferable that the hole of the above is a long hole.
According to this configuration, it is possible to adjust the position of the precast wall panel in the deployed position. Therefore, even if an installation error occurs at the time of installation of the precast bridge member, the installation error can be absorbed at the position of the precast wall column member.
Further, according to the present invention, in the above-mentioned configuration, the precast floor plate member (11) extends inside the filling material filled groove (42, 72), and the expanded position of the precast wall cross member (12) It is good to set it as the structure integrally provided with the control member (27) which controls the movement to the side.
According to this configuration, it is possible to prevent the precast wall column member from colliding with the precast floor slab member and damaging it when expanding the precast wall column member.
Further, according to the present invention, in the above-mentioned configuration, the restriction member (27) is displaceably attached to a rod-like member (27a) integrally provided on the precast floor slab member (11) and a tip of the rod-like member. And a position adjusting member (27b) for adjusting the position of the precast wall box member in contact with the precast wall box member (12).
According to this configuration, by changing the position of the position adjustment member, the position of the precast wall post can be easily adjusted.
Further, according to the present invention, in the above-mentioned configuration, each of the precast floor slab member (11) and the precast wall column member (12) is a connection rebar (wherein the filling material filled grooves (42, 72) are disposed) 26, 36) may be integrally provided.
According to this configuration, since it is not necessary to connect the rebar in the bridge width direction to the precast floor slab member and the precast wall column member after arranging the precast wall column member at the deployed position, the arranging operation for joining is easy. .
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a precast bridge member which is easy to carry and carry in and to be easily joined to the floor plate of the precast wall column.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a precast bridge member according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, a part of the members provided in the concrete is indicated by a solid line as if transparently showing the concrete.
First Embodiment
First, the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 6. As shown in FIG. 1, the precast bridge member (hereinafter referred to as PCa bridge member 10) has a long shape in the horizontal direction (hereinafter referred to as the bridge width direction) orthogonal to the bridge axis, and spans between the bridge piers. They are installed side by side in the direction of the bridge axis on a plurality (four in the present embodiment) of main rails not shown, which are delivered, to construct the
The PCa
The PCa
The
The detailed structure of the PCa
The PCa
As shown in FIG. 3, in the floor slab
As shown in FIG. 2, an
The
A pair of
In a state where the
Insert nuts 38 and 39 are embedded in the upper surface of the inner surface of the
FIG. 3 shows a state in which the
The rotational movement of the
After the unfolding operation of the left and right

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 4, the
The
On the other hand, the
As described above, the
As shown in FIG. 1, the
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, when the
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, by arranging the
In the present embodiment, the
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the PCa
Further, the restricting
In addition, the
Second Embodiment
Next, a second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to an element which is the same as that of 1st Embodiment, or a function, or a function, and the overlapping description is abbreviate | omitted.
In the
The
The
The PCa
FIG. 8 shows a state in which the
In the present embodiment, since the long hole elongated in the vertical direction is formed in the first hinge member 25 (FIG. 7), the
Further, as shown in the drawing,
As shown in FIG. 9, both
Thus, in the
