Claims (32)
- − 輸送分野における車両キャビン用の内装要素としての、又は
− 輸送分野における、窓要素若しくはドア要素としての、又は窓若しくはドアの構成部材としての、又は間仕切りとしての、又は机要素としての、又は
− 航空機の内部窓ガラス板として、又は電気自動車の窓ガラス板としての、又は
− 建築分野における耐火性軽量部材としての、又は展示用ガラス板としての、又は家具の構成部材としての、
無機のガラス板若しくはガラスセラミック板と、有機層とを有する、軽量合わせガラス板において、前記軽量合わせガラス板の単位面積あたりの質量は、その下限が、0.5kg/m2であり、その上限が5.5kg/m2であり、1つ以上の無機のガラス板若しくはガラスセラミック板の総厚対、前記有機層の厚さの比が、1:0.01から1:1であり、前記有機層の厚さは、450μm以下であり、前記軽量合わせガラス板は、JAR/FAR/CS 25, App.(Appendix) F, Part IV & AITM 2.0006に従って測定した絶対的な熱放出量が、65kW×分/m2未満であり、前記無機のガラス板が、リチウムアルミニウムケイ酸塩ガラス、ソーダ石灰ケイ酸塩ガラス、ホウケイ酸塩ガラス、アルカリ金属アルミノケイ酸塩ガラス、アルカリ金属不含のアルミノケイ酸塩ガラスから成り、かつ前記有機層が、硬化可能な熱硬化性反応性樹脂から、フェノールプラスト樹脂、アミノプラスト樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、不飽和ポリエステル樹脂、ビニルエステル樹脂、ジアリルフタレート樹脂、シリコーン樹脂、又は架橋性ポリウレタン樹脂、又はポリメタクリレート反応性樹脂、及びポリアクリレートの反応性樹脂の群のポリマーから成る、前記軽量合わせガラス板。 - 前記単位面積あたりの質量の下限は、1kg/m2以上であり、
前記単位面積あたりの質量の上限は、3kg/m2以下であり、
前記1つ以上の無機のガラス板若しくはガラスセラミック板の総厚対、前記有機層の厚さの比が、1:0.01から1:0.9であり、
前記有機層の厚さは、350μm以下であり、
前記軽量合わせガラス板は、JAR/FAR/CS 25, App.(Appendix) F, Part IV & AITM 2.0006に従って測定した絶対的な熱放出量が、50kW×分/m2未満である、請求項1に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。 - 前記軽量合わせガラス板が耐火性を有し、該耐火性は、FAR/JAR/CS 25, App. F, Part Iに従って測定した、垂直式ブンゼンバーナー試験において炎から外した後の残炎時間が、15秒未満というものである、請求項1又は2に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 前記軽量合わせガラス板の透明度が、80%超である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 前記軽量合わせガラス板の光学的な散乱性が、1.5%以下である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 無機のガラス板若しくはガラスセラミック板の厚さが、1mm以下であり、かつ200μm以上である、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 前記無機のガラス板が、化学的及び/又は熱により硬化させたリチウムアルミニウムケイ酸塩ガラス、ソーダ石灰ケイ酸塩ガラス、ホウケイ酸塩ガラス、アルカリ金属アルミノケイ酸塩ガラス、アルカリ金属不含のアルミノケイ酸塩ガラスから成る、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 前記無機のガラスセラミック板が、セラミック化したアルミノケイ酸塩ガラス、若しくはリチウムアルミノケイ酸塩ガラスから成る、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 前記無機のガラスセラミック板が化学的に硬化されセラミック化されたアルミノケイ酸塩ガラス又はリチウムアルミノケイ酸塩ガラスから成り、化学的な硬化のイオン交換深さが、30μm以上である、請求項8に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 前記無機のガラス板若しくはガラスセラミック板の表面圧縮応力が、500MPa以上である、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 前記無機のガラス板若しくはガラスセラミック板の内部引張応力が、50MPa以下である、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 前記無機のガラス板若しくはガラスセラミック板の4点曲げ強度が、550MPa以上である、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 前記無機のガラス板若しくはガラスセラミック板の弾性モジュールが、68GPa以上である、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 前記無機のガラス板若しくはガラスセラミック板の剪断モジュールが、25GPa以上である、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 前記無機のガラス板若しくはガラスセラミック板のビッカース硬度が、プレストレス加工されていない状態で、500HV2/20以上であるか、又は無機のガラス板若しくはガラスセラミック板のビッカース硬度は、プレストレス加工された状態で550HV2/20以上である、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 前記無機のガラス板若しくはガラスセラミック板の透明度が、80%超である、請求項1から15までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 前記有機層がさらに充填剤を含有する、請求項1から16までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 前記有機層の透明度が、80%超であり、前記有機層によって前記軽量合わせガラス板の曇り度が、1%未満しか増加しない、請求項1から17までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 外側に向かって見た前記有機層の表面が、その表面において100nm以下という起伏度を有し、かつ30nm以下という粗さRTを有する、請求項1から18までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 前記有機層の光学的なリタデーションが、20nm以下である、請求項1から19までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 前記有機層の縦スジが、100nm未満である、請求項1から20までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 前記有機層の弾性モジュールが、5GPa未満である、請求項1から21までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 前記無機のガラス板若しくはガラスセラミック板の屈折率と、前記有機層の屈折率との差が、0.3以下である、請求項1から22までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板。
- 請求項1から23までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板の製造方法であって、以下の工程:
・厚さが0.2〜1.1mmである無機のガラス板若しくはガラスセラミック板を用意する工程、
・ガラス表面若しくはガラスセラミック表面を前処理する工程、
・厚さが1〜500μmの有機層を液相で直接施与する工程、
・有機層で被覆されたガラス板を個別化する工程、
を有することを特徴とする、前記製造方法。 - 請求項1から23までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板の製造方法であって、以下の工程:
・厚さが0.2〜1.1mmである無機のガラス板若しくはガラスセラミック板を用意する工程、
・ガラス板若しくはガラスセラミック板を個別化する工程、
・ガラス表面若しくはガラスセラミック表面を前処理する工程、
・厚さが1〜500μmの有機層を液相で直接施与する工程、
を有することを特徴とする、前記製造方法。 - 前記有機層の施与を、スピンコート、又はスプレースピンコートによって行う、請求項24又は25に記載の製造方法。
- 前記有機層の施与を、流しがけ、ローラ塗布、又は噴霧によって行う、請求項24又は25に記載の製造方法。
- 表面処理を被覆の前に、オゾン含有雰囲気におけるガラス表面若しくはガラスセラミック表面の紫外線照射、コロナ処理、火炎熱分解、火炎処理、及び/又はプラズマ処理のいずれかの方法により、又はこれらの処理2つ以上の組み合わせにより行う、請求項24から27までのいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 被覆後に、熱、紫外線照射、赤外線照射、マイクロ波、電子線架橋、真空、及び/又はRIM(反応射出成形)いずれかの方法により、又はこれらの手段少なくとも2つの組み合わせにより、前記有機層を硬化させる、請求項24から28までのいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 被覆後に有機層として、シリコーンポリマー、ゾルゲルポリマー、ポリカーボネート、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリアクリレート、ポリイミド、シクロオレフィンコポリマー、ポリアリレート、又はシリコーン樹脂が存在する、請求項24から29までのいずれか1項に記載の製造方法。
- 請求項1から23までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板を用いた、航空機用内部窓ガラス板又は軽量窓ガラス板。
- 請求項1から23までのいずれか1項に記載の軽量合わせガラス板を用いた、煙遮断要素。
