Description
本開示の実施形態の多くを、容量ベースのセンサと相互作用する指先との関連で説明したが、指先の相互作用は単なる例示であり、本明細書で説明される容量センサは、他の物体との相互作用を検出するようにも動作可能であることが理解される。
任意選択として、センサは、導電性でない物体を検出するように構成される。
Claims (19)
- センサ層であって、該センサ層上に広がって導体素子がパターン形成され、前記導体素子が相互から電気的に分離され、該センサ層が容量ベースの感知のために構成される、センサ層と;
ハードコートフィルムでコートされるスペーサドットで形成され、前記センサ層に近接して配置される弾性層であって、前記センサ層は、該弾性層に加えられる圧力に基づいて容量の局所的変化を検出するように構成される、弾性層と;
を具備し、前記スペーサドットは、20-40デュロメータ硬さを有する材料から形成される、センサ。 - 前記弾性層は、差圧に応答して異なるように圧縮するよう構成される、
請求項1に記載のセンサ。 - 前記弾性層は、50-500μmの厚さである、
請求項1又は2に記載のセンサ。 - 前記弾性層は、導電性材料でコーティングされる、
請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ。 - 前記導電性材料は、前記センサ層から離れる方に向く前記弾性層の表面上にコーティングされる、
請求項4に記載のセンサ。 - 前記センサ層は、導体素子がパターン形成される硬質基板から形成される、
請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ。 - 前記センサ層は、0.1-1mmの厚さである、
請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ。 - 前記センサ層は、感圧式である、
請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ。 - センサ層であって、柔軟な基板で形成され、該センサ層上に広がって導体素子がパターン形成され、前記導体素子が相互から電気的に分離され、該センサ層が容量ベースの感知のために構成される、センサ層と;
前記センサ層に近接して、ハードコートフィルムでコートされ、前記センサ層がその上に取り付けられる表面を提供するスペーサドットのアレイであって、前記スペーサドットが、20-40デュロメータ硬さを有する材料から形成される、スペーサドットのアレイと;
を具備するセンサ。 - 前記スペーサドットは、差圧に応答して異なるように圧縮するよう構成される、
請求項9に記載のセンサ。 - 前記スペーサドットの直径は、20-200μmである、
請求項9又は10に記載のセンサ。 - 前記センサ層は、物体が当該センサと相互作用することにより加えられる圧力に応答して、相互作用位置で曲がるように動作可能である、
請求項9乃至11のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ。 - センサにおいて、
センサ層であって、導体素子の第1のアレイがパターン形成される第1のサブレイヤと、導体素子の第2のアレイがパターン形成される第2のサブレイヤとを含み、その双方の導体素子が、該センサ層上に広がり、前記導体素子が相互から電気的に分離され、当該センサが容量ベースの感知のために構成される、センサ層と;
前記第1のサブレイヤを前記第2のサブレイヤから分離するスペーサドットのアレイであって、前記スペーサドットが、ハードコートフィルムでコーティングされ、物体が当該センサと相互作用することにより加えられる圧力に基づいて圧縮されるように構成され、前記スペーサドットが、20-40デュロメータの硬さを有する材料から形成される、スペーサドットのアレイと;
を具備するセンサ。 - 前記第1のサブレイヤは、前記物体が当該センサと相互作用することにより当該センサに加えられる所定の圧力に基づいて、相互作用位置で前記第2のサブレイヤに接触するように構成される、
請求項13に記載のセンサ。 - 前記導体素子は、グリッド内にパターン形成される、
請求項1乃至14のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ。 - 当該センサは、ユーザが当該センサと相互作用する表面上に水が存在する間に物体の相互作用を検出するように構成される、
請求項1乃至15のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ。 - 当該センサは、導電性でない物体を検出するように構成される、
請求項1乃至16のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ。 - 前記ハードコートフィルムは、当該センサの相互作用面である、
請求項1乃至17のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ。 - 前記センサ層とディスプレイとの間又は前記センサ層と保護カバーとの間にエアギャップを確立し、
前記エアギャップ内の空気の量は、前記センサの湾曲に基づいて除去される、
請求項1乃至18のいずれか1項に記載のセンサ。
