Description
The present invention relates to a terminal block that electrically connects a plurality of lead wires.
As a terminal block, there is provided a conducting piece transversely mounted on an insulating substrate, and lead wires are respectively inserted into a plurality of lead wire insertion holes formed in the insulating substrate and electrically connected to the conducting piece Thus, various configurations have been proposed in which the lead wires are connected to each other. Such terminal blocks are usually stacked one on top of the other and held on the mounting rails to form a collective terminal block.
Generally, a crimped terminal is fixed or a metal wire is exposed at the end of the lead wire connected to the terminal block, and the lead wire which has entered the lead wire insertion path from the lead wire insertion hole The end portion of the lead wire is electrically connected by being pressure-welded to the conductive piece by a spring, a screw or the like in the lead wire insertion path.
By the way, in such a terminal block, when the lead wire is connected to the conductive piece, the lead wire and the conductive piece are not properly connected unless the insertion end of the lead wire is inserted to a predetermined connection position of the lead wire insertion path. , It may be connection failure. However, the inside of the terminal block is shielded from the outside for electrical insulation, and the insertion end of the lead can not be visually observed. In addition, since the insertion end of the lead wire may be hooked in the middle of the lead wire insertion path, it is also uncertain to determine the position of the insertion end by the response at the time of insertion.
In order to solve this problem, for example, in
On the other hand, according to
By the way, in the conventional configuration of
Furthermore, in such a conventional configuration, the
On the other hand, in the conventional configuration of
Further, in the conventional configuration, since the display end portion is protruded by the insertion of the lead wire, the insertion end of the lead wire is inclined even if the insertion of the lead wire has not reached the connection position. When the pressure receiving end of the buttock is pressed, the lifting and lowering hook may ascend so that the upper portion of the display end may partially protrude. When the upper portion of the display end partially protrudes in this way, the operator can visually recognize the upper portion, which causes a problem that the lead wire is easily misidentified as being correctly connected.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and provides a terminal block which is easy to visually recognize the display end and can suppress false recognition as much as possible.
According to the present invention, a conducting wire cross-mounted to an insulating substrate is provided, and the lead wire inserted from the plurality of lead wire inserting holes formed in the insulating substrate into the internal lead wire insertion path is the conductive wire. In the terminal block for connecting the lead wires to each other by electrically connecting to the piece, the flexible collar portion is disposed outside the lead wire insertion path, and from the lower end of the elastic collar portion An inward extending extension and disposed below the lead wire insertion path, and a tilting ridge provided at the upper end of the junction and having a display end at the upper end. The lead wire insertion mechanism provided is provided on the insulating substrate, and the elastic flange portion is provided at the lower end portion with a pressure receiving protrusion that protrudes inward, and is above the pressure receiving protrusion. Is fixed to the insulating substrate at a position of The tilting ridge portion is held by the insulating substrate so as to be able to tilt inward and outward directions with the lower end portion as a fulcrum point, and the display end portion is formed by the inside of the insulating substrate by the tilting. The lead wire insertion mechanism is not inserted into the lead wire insertion path. In the state, when the display end of the tilting ridge portion is held at the exposed position and the lead wire is inserted to the lower portion of the lead wire insertion path, the pressure receiving protrusion of the elastic ridge portion is inserted by the insertion end of the lead wire. By pushing out and bending outward, the tilting ridge portion is tilted through the outward movement of the linking ridge portion, and the display end portion is moved from the exposed position to the retracted position. Terminal block that is characterized by
Here, in the state where the lead wire is not inserted into the lead wire insertion path, the pressure receiving protrusion of the elastic collar portion is positioned and held at the lower portion of the lead wire insertion path, so the display end portion of the tilting collar portion It is held at the display position. The lead wire insertion mechanism is preferably substantially U-shaped.
In the lead wire insertion mechanism having such a configuration, an elastic collar portion provided with a pressure receiving protrusion is provided outside the lead wire insertion path, and a tilting rod portion provided with a display end portion is provided inside the lead wire insertion path. Since the elastic collar portion and the tilting collar portion are connected via the coupling collar portion, the elastic collar portion is bent outside the lead wire insertion path, whereby the tilting collar portion is formed inside the lead wire insertion path. Tilts and the display end moves. As described above, in the lead wire insertion mechanism, the elastic collar portion produced outside the lead wire insertion path by the lead wire insertion into the lead wire insertion path moves the display end portion inside the lead wire insertion path. Converted to
According to this configuration, it is notified that the lead end is inserted into the lead wire insertion path by converting the display end portion from the exposed position to the retracted position inside the lead wire insertion path. There is no lead wire wired on the outside of the lead wire insertion path on the display end, and the display end can be easily viewed from above the terminal block. Therefore, it is easy for the operator to confirm whether or not the insertion of the lead wire is correct during the wiring operation of the lead wire. Moreover, in such a configuration, when the lead wire is inserted to the lower part of the lead wire insertion path, the display end moves to the retracted position and is concealed in the insulating substrate. That is, it is informed that the insertion of the lead wire is correct only in a state where the display end is hidden in the insulating substrate and can not be seen. Therefore, the operator can easily know whether or not the insertion of the lead wire is correct depending on whether or not the display end can be seen. Furthermore, since the display end moves inward and outward with the tilting of the tilting rod, the operator accurately and easily determines whether the display end can be seen or not when viewed from above the terminal block. You can check From these facts, it is possible to suppress as much as possible that the connection failure state due to the insufficient insertion of the lead wire is overlooked.
Further, in the terminal block of the present invention described above, in the lead wire insertion mechanism, the elastic collar portion and the connection collar portion are constituted by a metal operation piece integrally formed of a metal material, and the tilting collar portion is a resin The tilting piece made of resin is made of a resin tilting piece, and the resin tilting piece is provided with a bearing portion pivotally supported on the insulating substrate at a portion near the lower end thereof, and the metal working piece is A configuration is proposed in which the inner end is provided with a connection inner end interlocked with the connection lower end provided at the lower end of the resin tilting piece. Here, it is preferable that the metal operating piece is substantially L-shaped.
According to this configuration, when the lead wire is inserted into the lead wire insertion path, the metal operating piece and the resin tilting piece interlock with each other to stably execute the position conversion of the display end to the retracted position. Be done. Thereby, the effect of the present invention mentioned above is exhibited stably.
Further, in the terminal block of the present invention described above, the lead wire insertion mechanism is fixed to a substantially U-shaped metal operating piece integrally formed of a metal material and the inner upper end of the metal operating piece, and the display end And a resin display piece provided with a cover, wherein the elastic collar portion and the connecting collar portion are constituted by the metal operating piece, and the tilting collar portion is the inner side portion of the metal operating piece And the resin display piece, and with the outward movement of the connecting rod portion constituting the metal operation piece, the inner side piece portion of the metal operation piece projects on the insulating substrate. A configuration is proposed in which a portion that is in contact with the provided support projection is tilted as a fulcrum.
According to this configuration, when the lead wire is inserted into the lead wire insertion path, the position conversion of the display end portion of the resin display piece to the retracted position is stably performed by the operation of the metal operation piece. Thereby, the effect of the present invention mentioned above is exhibited stably.
Further, in the terminal block of the present invention described above, a configuration is proposed in which the display end portion of the lead wire insertion mechanism has an index color different from the outer surface of the insulating substrate. Here, as the index color, a relatively bright fluorescent color, a color that emits light by applying a black light, or the like is preferably used.
According to this configuration, since the display end can be easily visually recognized, it can be easily known whether or not the insertion of the lead wire is accurate.
According to the terminal block of the present invention, as described above, since the display end portion is disposed inside the lead wire insertion hole, the display end portion is located above the terminal block even when the lead wire is wired. Easy to see from Furthermore, since the insertion of the lead wire is shown as correct only when the display end is concealed in the insulating substrate, the operator can accurately determine whether the insertion of the lead wire is correct or not. And you can easily gain. In this way, by looking from above the terminal block, the operator can accurately know whether or not the insertion of the lead wire is correct, and it is possible to overlook the connection failure of the lead wire as much as possible. It can be suppressed.

The lead
A vertically dividing
In addition, connecting

Next, the main part of the present invention will be described.
In the insulating
Further,
A lead
The
As shown in FIG. 7, a plate-like display end 45 projecting outward is formed at the upper end of the tilting
The lead
In the lead
Next, the aspect which connects the
In the
When connecting the
By thus inserting the
In the connected state in which the
If the
Further, in order to release the connection of the
As described above, the

Therefore, according to the configuration of the first embodiment, the connection failure of the
Example 2 is the
As shown in FIGS. 12 and 15, the lead
The
11 and 13, the fixed
Further, as shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, the insulating
The
Here, even in the second embodiment, since the
In the lead
In the
As described above, even in the configuration of the second embodiment, the
Further, when releasing the connection in the connected state where the
As described above, the lead
The terminal block of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and it goes without saying that various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
