Description
また本発明の他の態様である車両用熱交換装置は、空気導入口が開口されたフロントバンパーの後方に配置され、前面に空気流入部を有する熱交換器と、フロントバンパーと熱交換器との間に配置され、フロントバンパーの空気導入口から熱交換器の空気流入部にかけて冷却風が通過する通路を形成する通路形成部と、を備える。熱交換器は、上端部が下端部よりも後方に位置するように傾斜して配置される。通路形成部は、上面部と、上面部に対向する底面部と、上面部と底面部とを接続する一対の側面部とを有し、上面部、底面部および一対の側面部によって包囲される空間により通路の一部を形成するダクト部材と、ダクト部材の上面部と熱交換器の上端部との間の隙間を塞ぐように配置された閉塞部材と、を有する。ダクト部材の上面部と閉塞部材との間に、ダクト部材の上面部よりも下方に突出した車体フレームが配置される。
(1)車両用熱交換装置100は、空気導入口4が開口されたフロントバンパー1の後方に配置され、前面に略矩形の空気流入部11を有するATFクーラ10と、フロントバンパー1とATFクーラ10との間に配置され、フロントバンパー1の空気導入口4からATFクーラ10の空気流入部11にかけて冷却風が通過する通路21を形成する通路形成部20とを備える(図2,図3)。ATFクーラ10は、上端部が下端部よりも後方に位置するように傾斜して配置される(図2)。通路形成部20は、上面部31と、上面部31に対向する底面部32と、上面部31と底面部32とを接続する一対の側面部33,34とを有し、上面部31、底面部32および一対の側面部33,34によって包囲される空間に、通路21の一部である通路37を形成するダクト部材30と、ダクト部材30の上面部31とATFクーラ10の上端部との間の隙間を塞ぐように配置されたアッパープレート40とを有する(図2,図5)。
Claims (6)
- 空気導入口が開口されたフロントバンパーの後方に配置され、前面に空気流入部を有する熱交換器と、
前記フロントバンパーと前記熱交換器との間に配置され、前記フロントバンパーの前記空気導入口から前記熱交換器の前記空気流入部にかけて冷却風が通過する通路を形成する通路形成部と、を備え、
前記熱交換器は、上端部が下端部よりも後方に位置するように傾斜して配置され、
前記通路形成部は、
上面部と、前記上面部に対向する底面部と、前記上面部と前記底面部とを接続する一対の側面部とを有し、前記上面部、前記底面部および前記一対の側面部によって包囲される空間により前記通路の一部を形成するダクト部材と、
前記ダクト部材の前記上面部と前記熱交換器の上端部との間の隙間を塞ぐように配置された閉塞部材と、を有し、
前記ダクト部材の前記上面部及び前記底面部は、水平方向に延設され、
前記閉塞部材は、前記ダクト部材の前記上面部よりも上方において水平方向に延設される、ことを特徴とする車両用熱交換装置。 - 空気導入口が開口されたフロントバンパーの後方に配置され、前面に空気流入部を有する熱交換器と、
前記フロントバンパーと前記熱交換器との間に配置され、前記フロントバンパーの前記空気導入口から前記熱交換器の前記空気流入部にかけて冷却風が通過する通路を形成する通路形成部と、を備え、
前記熱交換器は、上端部が下端部よりも後方に位置するように傾斜して配置され、
前記通路形成部は、
上面部と、前記上面部に対向する底面部と、前記上面部と前記底面部とを接続する一対の側面部とを有し、前記上面部、前記底面部および前記一対の側面部によって包囲される空間により前記通路の一部を形成するダクト部材と、
前記ダクト部材の前記上面部と前記熱交換器の上端部との間の隙間を塞ぐように配置された閉塞部材と、を有し、
前記ダクト部材の前記上面部と前記閉塞部材との間に、前記ダクト部材の前記上面部よりも下方に突出した車体フレームが配置されることを特徴とする車両用熱交換装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両用熱交換装置において、
前記ダクト部材の前記上面部と前記閉塞部材との間に、前記ダクト部材の前記上面部よりも下方に突出した車体フレームが配置されることを特徴とする車両用熱交換装置。 - 請求項2に記載の車両用熱交換装置において、
前記閉塞部材は、前記ダクト部材の前記上面部よりも上方において水平方向に延設されることを特徴とする車両用熱交換装置。 - 請求項2または3に記載の車両用熱交換装置において、
前記ダクト部材は、前記上面部から突設されたフランジ部を有し、該フランジ部を介して前記車体フレームに固定されることを特徴とする車両用熱交換装置。 - 請求項2、3、5のいずれか1項に記載の車両用熱交換装置において、
前記車体フレームの縁部は、前記ダクト部材の内部の前記空間内に突設され、前記縁部の近傍に補強用リブが設けられることを特徴とする車両用熱交換装置。
