Description
Claims (1)
- 転動体転走面が形成される軌道部材と、
前記転動体転走面に対向する負荷転動体転走面が形成されるとともに、前記負荷転動体転走面と略平行に延びる転動体戻し通路を有する移動部材と、
前記移動部材の移動方向の前後両端に設けられ、前記負荷転動体転走面と前記転動体戻し通路を接続する方向転換路を有する一対の蓋部材と、
前記負荷転動体転走面、前記転動体戻し通路、および前記方向転換路で構成される無限循環路内に転走自在に配列される複数の転動体と、
前記一対の蓋部材の少なくとも一方に設けられて前記無限循環路に潤滑剤を供給する潤滑剤供給経路と、
を備える運動案内装置において、
前記潤滑剤供給経路は、
前記蓋部材の左右側面の少なくとも一方の表面から前記軌道部材の長手方向と直交する方向に延びて形成される第1潤滑剤供給経路と、
前記第1潤滑剤供給経路に接続する第2潤滑剤供給経路と、
前記第2潤滑剤供給経路と前記無限循環路に接続し、前記第2潤滑剤供給経路から前記無限循環路に対して潤滑剤を流す第3の潤滑剤供給経路と、
を少なくとも備え、
前記第3の潤滑剤供給経路は、前記蓋部材とは別体のリターンプレートに形成されており、
前記第2潤滑剤供給経路は、前記蓋部材の中央部に形成され、また、
当該第2潤滑剤供給経路は、
前記蓋部材の外方側の端部表面から前記軌道部材の長手方向に向けて延びて形成される円筒空洞部と、
前記円筒空洞部の経路径よりも拡径した経路径を有する拡径空洞部と、
を有して構成され、
前記拡径空洞部は、当該拡径空洞部を構成する経路形状の少なくとも一部に円弧形状を有して構成され、また、
当該拡径空洞部は、前記第1潤滑剤供給経路と接続する箇所となっており、
前記蓋部材の中央部に形成される前記第2潤滑剤供給経路に対して、前記軌道部材の長手方向と直交する方向の左右両隣りにはボルト取付孔が形成されており、
前記第1潤滑剤供給経路は、前記蓋部材の左右側面の横方向での中心位置から前記移動部材との接続面側にずれた位置に配置され、かつ、前記蓋部材の左右側面から蓋部材の中心に向かって直線的なトンネル状の経路として形成されており、
前記第1潤滑剤供給経路は、前記第2潤滑剤供給経路の経路中心からずれた位置に接続することで前記ボルト取付孔を避けて形成されていることを特徴とする運動案内装置。
