Claims (3)
- シーブシャフトと一体に形成された固定シーブと前記固定シーブに対向した状態で前記シーブシャフトに軸方向の相対移動可能且つ軸まわりに相対回転不能にスプライン嵌合された可動シーブとをそれぞれ有する一対の可変シーブと、前記一対の可変シーブに巻き掛けられた伝動ベルトとを備えた車両用ベルト式無段変速機であって、
前記可動シーブは、前記固定シーブとは反対側に位置するストッパ部材に向かって突き出す円筒状のボス部を有し、
前記ボス部の前記ストッパ部材に対向する環状の端面は、環状の外周側端面と、前記外周側端面よりも前記ストッパ部材から回転中心線方向に離れた環状の内周側端面と、前記環状の外周側端面の内周縁と前記環状の内周側端面の外周縁とを、前記固定シーブに向かうほど内周側へ向かうテーパ面で接続する環状接続面とを有し、
前記外周側端面と前記環状接続面との境界線にR面取部を備える
ことを特徴とする車両用ベルト式無段変速機。 - 前記シーブシャフトと前記可動シーブとがインボリュートスプライン、ボールスプラインもしくはローラスプラインを含むスプライン嵌合によって前記シーブシャフトの軸方向に相対移動可能とされる
ことを特徴とする請求項1の車両用ベルト式無段変速機。 - 前記ボス部の前記環状の端面の外径と内径との差の半分以下の内径側の範囲に前記R面取部が形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両用ベルト式無段変速機。
