Claims (9)
- 内側筒状フィルム(2)、
内側筒状フィルム(2)に設けられた繊維質材料層(4)及び
繊維質材料(4)の外側に配置され、紫外線光に対して不透過性である外側筒状フィルム(8)
を有するパイプラインの補強用筒状ライナー(1)において、
外側筒状フィルム(8)が、径方向内側端部(10b)と、オーバーラップ範囲(12)において前記径方向内側端部(10b)の外側にのる径方向外側端部(10a)とを有し、
これら端部が、筒状ライナー(1)の長手方向を横切って伸びる接着テープ(13)によって相互に連結され、
外側筒状フィルム(8)が、第一及び第二の周囲部分(8a、8b)を有し、
第一周囲部分(8a)上に、第一及び第二の径方向内側端部(10b)が形成され、それに対応して、第二周囲部分(8b)上に、第一及び第二の径方向外側端部(10a)が形成され、それらは、第一及び第二のオーバーラップ範囲(12)においてオーバーラップし、長手方向にのびて接着貼付される接着テープ(13)によって相互に連結される
ことを特徴とする筒状ライナー。 - 第一周囲部分(8a)が、第二周囲部分(8b)の円周幅の60%から90%の間の円周幅を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の筒状ライナー。 - 第一周囲部分(8a)と第二周囲部分(8b)とが、一本のストリップ状の接着テープによって相互に連結され、
前記接着テープが、第一周囲部分(8a)の幅と同じか又はそれより大きい幅を有し、かつ、二つのオーバーラップ範囲(12)を横切ってのびる
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の筒状ライナー。 - 接着テープ(13)が、第一及び第二の接着部分に加えて、引張部分を有し、
前記引張部分が二つの接着部分を相互に連結し、かつ、オーバーラップ範囲(12)の上方に位置し、
前記引張部分が、第一接着部分が第二接着部分の方向に動かされるように、熱の影響下で円周方向に縮まる熱可塑性材料から成る
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の筒状ライナー。 - オーバーラップ範囲(12)における径方向内側端部(10b)及び径方向外側端部(10a)が、筒状ライナー(1)の長手方向にのびる、冷却された熱溶融型接着剤から成る少なくとも一つの接着層によって、相互に付加的に連結される
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の筒状ライナー。 - 請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の筒状ライナーの製造方法であって、
硬化性反応性樹脂が含浸された少なくとも一つの繊維質テープ(4a)を、オーバーラッピング方法で、ねじ状に、マンドレル(6)上でガイドされた内側筒状フィルム(2)上に巻き、
紫外線光に対して不透過性である少なくとも一つのフィルムウェブ(18a,18b)の端部(10a,10b)を連結することによって形成される外側筒状フィルム(8)を、連続的に生成される繊維質材料層(4)上に設ける
筒状ライナーの製造方法において、
フィルムウェブ(18a,18b)を連続的に送り込み、
送り込みの間に、二つの端部(10a,10b)を、ガイドユニット(14a,14b)を介して、繊維質材料層(4)の円周の周りにガイドして、
少なくとも一つのオーバーラップ範囲(12)において、径方向外側の端部(10a)が、径方向内側の端部(10b)の外側に位置し、かつ、オーバーラップ範囲(12)において、端部の長手方向縁部が、接着テープ(13)によって相互に連結され、前記接着テープ(13)が、その接着面が、オーバーラップ範囲(12)に連続的に接着貼付されるようにした
ことを特徴とする筒状ライナーの製造方法。 - 外側筒状フィルム(8)が、第一及び第二の周囲部分(8a,8b)を有し、
前記第一周囲部分(8a)が、繊維質材料層(4)の上側にフィルムウェブ(18a)として、連続的に付加され、
第二周囲部分(8b)の二つの端部(10a,10a)が、第一及び第二オーバーラップ範囲(12)において、第一周囲部分(8a)の各端部(10b,10b)の上側にのるように、第二周囲部分(8b)が、繊維質材料層(4)の周りで、ガイドユニット(14a,14b)を介して、反対側から連続的にガイドされ、かつ、
第一及び第二の周囲部分(8a,8b)を連結するために、
第一接着テープ(13)が第一オーバーラップ範囲(12)に接着貼付され、かつ、第二接着テープが第二オーバーラップ範囲(12)に接着貼付されるか、又は、
第二上側周囲部分にわたる一本の接着テープ(12)が、第一及び第二のオーバーラップ範囲上に接着貼付される
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。 - ガイドユニットが、少なくとも一つの回転ブラッシングベルト(14a,14b)を有し、
前記ブラッシングベルト(14a,14b)がフィルムウェブの外側に接触し、
接着テープ(13)が付けられる前に、フィルムウェブの前記外側を、繊維質材料層(4)に対して押圧して、それをピンと張らせるようにした
ことを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の方法。 - 接着テープ(13)が接着貼付される前に、溶融された液状熱溶融型接着剤から成る付加的な接着剤のビードが、径方向外側端部(10a)上に、及び/又は径方向内側端部(10b)上に連続的に付けられる
ことを特徴とする請求項6〜8の何れか一項に記載の方法。
