Description
Claims (8)
- 複数の光源であって、各光源が光放射のビームを供給するように構成されている光源と、
前記光源によって供給される前記ビームを受光して偏向するように配置されている偏向装置であって、前記偏向装置は、ターゲットを走査するために、前記偏向装置を横断する放射のビームの走査処理のために構成されており、前記光源によって供給される前記ビームは、
第1の向きで前記偏向装置に入射する第1のビームと、
第2の向きで前記偏向装置に入射する第2のビームと、
を含み、前記第1の向きは前記第2の向きと異なっている、前記偏向装置と、
前記ターゲットから後方散乱された放射線と前記光源によって提供される前記ビームの少なくとも一つから得られた参照放射との間の干渉を確立することにより、前記ターゲットを光学的に分析するための複数の干渉測定装置と、
制御コンピュータであって、
第1の測定装置の作動中に前記走査処理を実行し、
第2の測定装置の作動中に前記走査処理を実行しない、
ように、前記偏向装置を制御するように構成された制御コンピュータと、
を備える、走査光学システム。 - 前記偏向装置は、少なくとも1つの傾斜軸回りに傾斜するために配置された第1の走査ミラーを含み、
前記第1のビームは、前記第1の向きで前記第1の走査ミラーに入射し、前記第2のビームは、前記第2の向きで前記第1の走査ミラーに入射する、
請求項1に記載の走査光学システム。 - 前記偏向装置は、第1の傾斜軸回りに傾斜するために配置された第1の走査ミラー及び第2の傾斜軸回りに傾斜するために配置された第2の走査ミラーを含み、前記第1の傾斜軸は、前記第2の傾斜軸に対し垂直に指向され、
前記第1及び第2のビームは、前記第1及び第2の向きで前記第1の走査ミラーに、それぞれ入射し、
前記第1の走査ミラーは、前記第1及び第2のビームを前記第2の走査ミラーに、共通の第3の向きで向かわせるように配備されている、
請求項1または2に記載の走査光学システム。 - 前記第1の測定装置は、OCTベースの測定ユニットを備え、
前記第2の測定装置は、OLCRベースの測定ユニットを備える、
請求項1から3のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の走査光学システム。 - 前記測定装置は、眼の軸長を測定するための機能、角膜の中央の厚さを測定するための機能、眼の前房の軸方向の長さを測定するための機能、眼の水晶体の中央の厚さを測定するための機能、眼の角膜曲率測定を行う機能、眼の角膜径を測定する機能、眼の瞳孔測定を行う機能、眼の視軸の偏心量を測定するための機能、及び眼の網膜の厚さを測定する機能のうちの少なくとも1つを実行するように構成された測定ユニットを含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の走査光学システム。
- 前記測定装置は、眼の構造の二次元イメージング及び三次元イメージングのうちの少なくとも1つを実行するように構成される測定ユニットを含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の走査光学システム。
- 前記複数の光源は、2である、請求項1から6のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の走査光学システム。
- 前記複数の光源は、3である、請求項1から6のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の走査光学システム。
