Claims (4)
- 周方向に並ぶ複数のピストンを有するとともに当該周方向における回転に伴って液体を吐出する液圧ポンプの故障診断装置であって、
回転中の前記液圧ポンプから吐出される液体の圧力値を検出する圧力検出手段と、
前記圧力検出手段によって液体の圧力値が検出された際の前記液圧ポンプの回転位相を検出する回転位相検出手段と、
前記圧力検出手段によって検出された液体の圧力値と前記回転位相検出手段によって検出された前記液圧ポンプの回転位相との関係をモデル化することにより脈動波形データを抽出するモデル化手段と、を備え、
前記モデル化手段は、前記液圧ポンプの回転数だけ位相を重ねることにより前記圧力検出手段によって検出された液体の圧力値と前記回転位相検出手段によって検出された前記液圧ポンプの回転位相との関係を抽出するとともに、当該抽出した関係を前記液圧ポンプの1回転を基本周波数とする空間に写像し、前記液圧ポンプの前記回転数の整数倍周波数の波の重ね合わせにてモデル化することにより前記脈動波形データを抽出する、液圧ポンプの故障診断装置。 - 前記モデル化手段によって抽出された脈動波形データから前記各ピストンに固有の成分を分離する分離手段をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の液圧ポンプの故障診断装置。
- 前記分離手段によって分離された前記各ピストンに固有の成分に関する特徴量が所定の閾値を超えているか否かを判定する判定手段をさらに備える、請求項2に記載の液圧ポンプの故障診断装置。
- 前記回転位相検出手段は、前記液圧ポンプの回転速度を積算することで得られた積算値に所定の補正係数を乗じることにより、前記圧力検出手段によって液体の圧力値が検出された際の前記液圧ポンプの回転位相を算出する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の液圧ポンプの故障診断装置。
