Claims (5)
- 軸方向一端側に粉粒体の被処理物を供給する供給口を有し、軸方向他端側に前記被処理物の処理物を排出する排出口を有する筒状の処理容器と、
前記処理容器の内部に挿通された回転軸、および、該回転軸の外周部に設けられ、軸方向及び回転方向に非連続な形状を有する複数の攪拌羽根を有するアジテータと、
前記処理容器の内周部と所定の隙間をもって対向する掻き取り羽根を有し、前記処理容器に対して相対回転することにより、前記処理容器の内周部に付着した前記被処理物を前記掻き取り羽根で掻き落すスクレーパとを備え、
前記スクレーパの掻き取り羽根は、前記処理容器内の被処理物に対して前記軸方向他端側又は軸方向一端側への移動力を与えるように、前記処理容器の軸線に対して傾斜していると共に、前記スクレーパは、前記処理容器内の被処理物の前記軸方向他端側への移動を遅らせる遅延堰を有し、
前記供給口から前記処理容器の内部に供給され、処理液で湿潤した前記被処理物を、前記処理容器の軸方向一端側から軸方向他端側に向けて移動させつつ、回転する前記アジテータの攪拌羽根で攪拌混合及び解砕して分散させて前記処理物を生成し、該処理物を前記処理容器の排出口から排出することを特徴とする連続式攪拌処理装置。 - 前記処理容器は回転方向に固定で、前記スクレーパが前記アジテータよりも遅い回転速度で回転することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の連続式攪拌処理装置。
- 前記処理容器は、前記処理容器内の被処理物に対して前記軸方向他端側又は軸方向一端側への移動力を与えるように、水平線に対して傾斜可能であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の連続式攪拌処理装置。
- 前記アジテータの内部及び前記スクレーパの内部のうち少なくとも一方の部位を介して前記処理液を前記処理容器内の被処理物に添加する請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の連続式攪拌処理装置。
- 被処理物を前記処理容器の供給口に投入する被処理物投入部と、該被処理物投入部に被処理物を供給する被処理物供給部とを備え、前記被処理物投入部及び前記被処理物供給部のうち少なくとも一方の部位で前記処理液を被処理物に添加する請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の連続式攪拌処理装置。
